This video is 0% stoicism... "Narcissist" is not a subject that exists in stoic philosophy. A stoic does not perceive any person or "energy" as "negative" or draining. Everything is an emanation of the logos, which itself is "divine" and all good. Any evil or "toxicity" is a misconception within the unenlightened mind when the mind cannot understand the nature of the subject being observed. Altering your behavior as a "response" is directly contradictory to a stoic's teaching and practice in not acting based on feelings, emotions or passions. There is no need for boundaries or cutting people out.
