Very beautiful. I’ve so far owned the: Crazy Horse Brown A5 leather cover. Might go for 2 A6 smaller covers: Tan & Forest Green Colours :))
I have the exact same pen but in a fine nib. I also bought it from Goulet pens. I have the same problem with the pen not writing well, skipping, etc. I bought a medium nib to see if that helped and unfortunately it did not. I do love the aesthetics of the pen but very disappointed with the writing. Did you ever get your pen to write better?
I love the holder you have that holds all your ink samples. Where did you get that??

I love the kakimori! It’s so classy and writes pretty well
I have the swatch where it's s page per ink and when I ink up a pen I write it out :) in a hobonichi A5 notebook
I really like one swatch per page as well but then I also like comparing similar colours to each other so I’m all over the place.
The Monteverde Rodeo Drive look like the discontinued Cross Peerless 125, i pray it writes as well, MV dont have a good track record fro good nibs. The Laban looks nice, may it work well for you! May the triune God bless you with faith in Him!
I actually had a really hard time with the rodeo drive after filming. It worked well for one or two writing sessions then it became extremely dry. Now I know better and I’m definitely afraid to purchase from MV again. Thank you God Bless you as well!
@@journalingwithjessica I'm sorry to hear their stigma continues, be encouraged that MV's fit most any #6 nibs, so if you have any spare nibs or want to purchase online theyre readily available to swap out for not too much extra, Chris Saenz' channel does it all the time. Thank you! I haven’t tried a B nib yet but I’m pretty sure it’ll be too thick for my handwriting. Maybe one day I’ll get just the nib and put it in my brass sport to try it out 🤔

Something about the rainbow look on fountain pens is so gorgeous. There’s a Twsbi with a similar vibe that I’m gonna treat myself to for my bday.
Yes! I’m usually all about the white and cream pens but the rainbow has really been calling out to me. There is another conklin pen that’s an even brighter rainbow that’s really tempting. I’ve had my eye on the twsbi as well but I’m patiently waiting to see if they’ll be bringing out the mini with the iris finish since I like smaller pens.
I recently ordered 4 pens myself 😂 this was after being determined to stick to my no-buy. Three inks as well, and tempted to get another three. The Conklins are so pretty!
😆 I have so many pen videos to film because I got carried away with limited editions and some of the classics that I found for lower prices on Amazon. My no spend (except for limited editions that really speak to me lol) starts on Ash Wednesday 😅 until November.
Happy Birthday 🎉. I have a January birthday as well. I do save my cases in the event I want to resale or to save for my 10 grandchildren. I do store my pens in the Galen Leather Crazy Horse leather 40 pen case. I like your collection guide. My pen did not come with one. I currently use the Rouge Grenat in my Platinum 3776 Soft Fine nib. It performs beautifully and I am considering purchasing a full bottle. The brass sheets from Goulet do come in handy for maintenance cleaning as well as tuning. They are handy to have. Good luck with your nib. I will be anxious to learn of your resolution. Blessings 🖋❤️
Yay! We are January lady’s Happy Birthday to you as well! I’m definitely going to keep my boxes, you’ve made some great points that I’ll be using as my excuse lol. I’m excited to film a fountain pen collection once I get my Galen case! I purchased a 3776 with a soft fine nib after watching your video! I honestly had a great time and I love flipping through my ink journal now.
I’m using the TAN for pretty journaling and the Ours Research Project Journal for memory keeping and I’m loving it so far. I think the sterling ink common planner would be perfect for you.
I looked into the common planner but I was a bit late on it. So far I’m liking the TAN though. I may even consider getting the A5 next year and do my memory keeping in it.
That washi is so amazing, never seen anything like it, very cool that they pre cut the designs. Happy you got a TAN planner to try for 2023, it's such a cute planner 😊
When I saw that washi months ago I felt like I had to have it! So cute and easy to use. And the planner is actually working out great so far! I’ll probably do a flip through at the end of January.

I think I’m going to go for galen leather’s 40 pen case. 30 would be better but 40 gives me a lot of room to grow over the years 😅

Yeah 10 is def too small 😂 I was silly and originally only got a 5 pen case. I was so naive. 24 is a good amount too though. Goulet pens has a nice Girologio 24 pen case that I had been looking at as well.
