Potty training once per hour is a terrific idea, we're doing that right now with our 9 week old boxer during the DAY. What about nighttime? No functioning human can possibly walk their boxer puppy every hour through the night without sleeping. Just let them pee in the crate and deal with consequences in the morning? Any thoughts on a practical approach involving some sleep for us humans?

Best breed ever....These dogs are truly a part of the family, they are at your side at all times. They continuously bring happiness and laughing to the entire family. Actually, I would never even consider owning another breed.

My wife and i recently adopted 2 male boxer puppies (7 months old) names are Jawa and Maul (Starwars references its just how we have named all our animals). i really like the tips and tricks you have complied for training them properly. thank you guys for the information, i have watched several of your videos and will be using them for my pups..

My boxer can walk nicely on the lead BUT ... if there's somewhere she wants to get to, she'll pull. It could be as we approach the park, or if I'm with the kids and they are running ahead, or if there's a dog ahead she wants to go and check out. If she sees a cat or a fox, forget about it - she'll strain every fiber of her body to get there. Can this be trained out of her? Probably someone who knows what they're doing could make improvements but I'm not convinced it could be stopped completely, especially in the cat/fox scenario. Just have to manage those situations so everyone stays safe and gets past it.

My Boxer is crate trained and has been for years. Recently my Ex and I decided to separate, and I am crating now instead of Her. He goes in without issue with my Ex and my Stepson but displays the barking and crying when I crate. He is by my side when I am home, my concern with exercise is I live in Arizona where it is very hot 8 months out of the year. I don't make a ton of money, so daycare is out and don't have friends to leave him with. I have 2 other dogs that I think the behavior is upsetting to increasing my stress.

im tired of training videos that are training videos. most people have heard all this shit before, but people need to be shown. 75% of all americans can not install a car seat correctly because the instructions are written at a 10th grade reading level. the majority of americans read at a 7th grade reading level. reading or hearing words will not train people on how to train dogs. everything you just said was not much more then a waste of time of a training video.

I have a boxer mixed with a lab, and I'm really struggling training to not bark/chase other dogs, small animals and people, he's never hurt anyone but I don't want to risk, so I make sure he stays on the opposite side of the side walk, he's very friendly, intelligent, and behaves at home but at soon as he's outside, he changes (I'm not sure if this helps but he's male, he's around 6 years old and doesn't have much experience with walks, we rescued him from a bad family and they bearly let him out)

I have a boxer and I’m 11 he has killed so many animals protecting me and even attacked my neighbors Rottweiler along with both their Labradors knowing that they were aggressive my dog won’t even leave my side while driving my four wheeler and is very calm and cuddly with the rest of my family he is perfect

I had a boxer from birth to end… what an amazing dog he was… super silly.. very goofy… he took 2 years before he was really house broken.. I miss him a lot. It’s unfortunate that a lot of ppl can’t handle this breed and give them up before the 2 years are up. It’s a very special dog I find very rewarding… very heart broken when I lost him to cancer … which is the other issue with this breed .. lots of cancer…

I found a stray I had to check for chips no advertisements anything so we have been together for some time now he is very protective playful and fun. He's white with long ears which I would never consider having ears dots and tails cropped again I'm sorry I ever did that and there are some beautiful boxers and animal shelters. Yes I've been guilty in the past of buying boxers but I was blessed have found one. He is white brindle spots on him but the main color is white. Beautiful black muzzle big black eyes almost black I was asking my veterinarian what breed he was he said he was a pit bull mix I do not see that whatsoever. Hey love children I mean he absolutely adores children he brings me toys all boxes bring you toys when you get back to the house I think from shopping or picking up groceries. After vacation wherever they are so affectionate and extremely smart. Mine is full of Sass and vinegar and I love IT. Yes he's energetic but what is wrong with that because we need to get out of the house. I'm taking him hiking soon and I'm not worried about anybody bothering me with him. The tale is for balance the ears are for being able to hear far off so don't dock and crap meaning docking the tail and cropping the ears you just messing up. If God did not mean for them to have that he would have already taken it off now I know some are born that way with their tails docked already. But the ears are not cropped when they are born. I am just really curious to see if this is a miniature boxer he's absolutely gorgeous his muzzle is black and he has beautiful cut features I would say is weight is about 44 to 45 lb. And yes his main color is white with brindle and black spots on him he is beautiful ❤️ I guess you can tell I love him.😊❤❤

I’ve had Boxers for years, potty training is the area the most focus should be applied. Some will tell you they are stubborn they are not, they are lazy big difference. Everything else with Boxers is easy, they are wicked smart and respond extremely well to praise. Never ever shout at your boxer, they are emotional beyond belief and take it to heart. One final trick, Boxer kryptonight is cheese, regular yellow square 🟨 cheese is perfect, they will do anything for cheese. Don’t over do it they have really bad gas. I been lucky enough to have boxer dogs my hole life. I am 68 years old and my boxers have save my life and my family from intruders and attacks out in the world My parents had them as guard dogs too. They are my best and most LOYAL FRIENDS. If only they could live longer.This world 🌍 should invest more money 💰 in resources to help boxers to live longer instead of war. Losing a BOXER is like losing a child.

Boxers without their tail and ears cropped and docked look sloppy,looks like a mutt and inferior!! I’m getting a boxer puppy and you best believe she will have her ears and tail docked!!!
