Epic Garlic Wings Challenge
Some good old fun with these wings. Fresh garlic, fresh habaneros, chicken wings and legs. Succulent and juicy these wings came out. With a little bit of zing and a whole kick ass of flavor packed from the garlic punch. Truly one of our favorite flavors of wings to make.

    The other thing is the wider the diameter of the pot, makes the flames closer to front mounted dials.. which could melt them if plastic… so be careful.. have a tremendous day!❤

    Well, the 16 is cheaper than the 12. And i own a 12 way after i received this 16qt. Was around 500$ at the time.. and seems like bigger you go cheaper they are.. problem is our microwave is above stove.. so cant go too tall..

    This is a prime example of lack of common sense. Anytime you deep fry a whole bird like this, you TURN OFF THE FIRE! So if you do have a boil over, you won't start a fire. Relight the burner once you have the bird set tug led in.

      Yeah im not worried about that… All my meats are prepped perfectly. I know the size and temp of everything before just setting in the oil.. and on a serious note, nice and slow laying the meat in.. no boil over.. the lines on the pot are max fill.. and its not maxed out.. to each their own, and for most you should turn off you fire. Ive played with fire my whole life… dont be so scared of it…

    • @thehungrydachshund4188
      @thehungrydachshund4188 8 місяців тому

      I have the recipe on the channel. You would have to take a look. But simpler: 1 cup of salt, 6 quarts of water, 4 halved lemons, rosemary, thyme, black pepper corns, basil. Bring to a simmer for 20 mins… let cool before putting in fridge. Only then put meats in brine once iced bath style… let rest in brine depending on your weight of meats. Enjoy!
