This video was so helpful! I am thrilled I could easily create a basic image and then upload to Design space. My one question, I am receiving an error when I upload to design space "the uploaded svg contained the following items that are not supported: text elements" I still uploaded with no issues but I am wondering if I am missing a step.

What version of inkscape are you using please

Top stop your flower being glitchy when you move it around, turn off 'snapping', which is the grey square to the right of your fill and stroke menu. You should be able to move objects freely without snapping xx
