Loved this! I was an Army brat, and my family was stationed at Ft. Leavenworth from 1974-1975. We lived in Shawnee Village and we went to Bradley Elementary, and another older Brother went to MacArthur. What a great time to be a kid. Our quarters looked different, but were spacious and very nice. We lived on Hancock Ave in a cul-de-sac. So much fun growing up in the 70s! Thanks to you and your family for your support of our military, and your Husband for his service as a protector of this great country!
We lived in Shawnee Village from 76-77 on Hancock Ave. Loved our village and love seeing the renos...and they have a basement! Amazing memories for sure.
Thank you so much
Hi Melanie, what is the name of the road behind your yard that you mention in the video? Thanks!
