Why do some video software and say the Instagram app record my voice way better are they pre eq'd compressed? I can never get my recordings to translate to other listening devices

Could you do this and connect it to your iphone aswell with the same process if you have a usb-c phone (eg. iphone 16) with the focusrite? I have that for when i used my macbook but its broken and i mostly use my iphone for making music at the moment

Do I have this correct - you're running the program itself from your mac but all the application files (and the related storage required) are located on the external drive, which you link to via simlink? Sorry, pretty new to this but wanting to free up internal storage space. thanks!

I have GB saying when crushes. Error while trying to syncronise Audio and Midi. Check conflict between GB and external device. Perhaps this is my sound card ? It crushes since yesterday and I think 1its because I installed the free Pro tools version on my comp and run it with same sound card. I saw how difficult is Pro tools and that it will take me time to work woth it so I took it off but something happened to GB. I froze the files as you pointed and it works now but is that the only solution ? Will be grateful for uour input

It only worked with one program that was recommended. Thanks to you, I know now how to use it with the program I desired which is GarageBand. It is working. Thank you for attempting to update the steps to install plugins. I have been trying to install Graillon 2 (Free edition) on our MacBook with no luck at all. We have MacOS Big Sur 11.7.10 and Garage Band 10.4.6, and nothing seems to work. I have tried the AU version and, though I get a successful installation, nothing shows up in the Plugins. Any additional ideas?

Hi. What about the second Channel, MIDI Out in Interface - MIDI IN in Yamaha? This one is needed if you want to use your keyboard with Instruments MIDI, so your Yamaha will sound Controller (I hope I write it correctly). I have similar configuration, so, Presonus 96, Yamaha PSR-520, Studio One (DAW). And I still have Problems to connect it properly. Sometimes, if I press play in DAW, my Yamaha plays DEMO song automatically. :D

When you make the AIFF file and put on your desktop, can you then just drag and drop it into iTunes?

Garageband has been so problematic I’ve lost motivation to even play or create. Can’t find any answers to the technical problems it gives me so it’s time to quit or hire a super genius. Thinkin’ gotta hire a genius.
