Lauren Kosty is a multifaceted percussionist available for work in Los Angeles, CA & London, UK. She performs in a range of genres including orchestral, jazz, musical theatre, recording for film & TV, and pop. Highlights include appearances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl, P. Diddy at the American Music Awards and Cirque Du Soliel on MTV. She was featured by Zildjian Cymbals in the Gen 16 “Young Guns” series. Additionally Lauren has performed or recorded with John Williams, Alan Silvestri, David Newman, Sir Neville Marriner, Gustavo Dudamel, Keith Lockhart, David Benoit, Jane Monheit, Chris Botti, Bobby McFerrin, Brian McKnight, the Fresno Philharmonic, Long Beach Opera, Santa Barbara Symphony, Monterey Symphony, Dave Ricard Big Band, the American Musical and Drama Academy and in venues such as New York’s Carnegie Hall and Los Angeles' Walt Disney Hall. She holds a BM from the University of Southern California and an MM from Carnegie Mellon University.
