It is difficult to show the driver side. You have to remove the wheel liner to get to the driver-side bulb, often working by feel rather than sight. It's advisable to begin with the passenger side before moving on to tackle the driver's side.

Thank you!!!
You are very welcome.
How do i charge it
12V cigarette lighter socket.
Thanks! I was putting this off thinking it would be terrible.
Nope, it turns out to be really good. Try to use a good bulb.
Tried that. Nothing.
Sorry to hear that.
Hey man . Can u answer some questions
Sure, what is the question?
My steering wheel was very hard . I change both front wheel hub and bearing. Change wheel too and steering wheel is same . Its like i am driving a 1950 dumper truck . I live in uae . Mechanics are good here but i am unable to find . So i was think to diy.
@@hulkrises9515 The steering wheel of the E60 is heavier than that of most other cars. I recommend testing another E60 before making a diagnosis.
@@carenthusiast1629 thanks for your reply but i sold the car . I was not able to afford the repairs because i m jobless now . Thanks for your time man . Appreciated 🙏👍
@@hulkrises9515 You did the right thing. Older BMWs are endless money pits. Try to get a Toyota with a 3.5L V6 if you can.
Thank you for your help.
You are very welcome. If you want permanent solution, you need to change that switch. You can buy it online from Lexus dealers for 100$.
How u install ?
There are installation videos on UA-cam. I would say it was not easy, especially routing the wire through the back seat to the trunk.
that car looks like a Miata MX5
Indeed, it is. They have issues with seat belts.
@@carenthusiast1629 The issue is with the guide that holds the seatbelt in place.
@@carenthusiast1629 the seatbelt guide is the issue. I have the NC1.
🙏🏼
Glad I was able to help.
Fantastic that you are a rock star
Unfortunately, this is also temporary solution. I ended up ordering new switch. If you need it I can find the part number for you.
Thank you so simple
You're welcome! Glad I was able to help.
Great vid! More concise, short, to the point, and way better than the other seat-removal vids on YouTude posted by morons that don't even mention the model year they are demonstrating. Yours is excellent, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Just found your channel, good content. Question, im a new BM owner and have 0 knowledge on coding, can anyone here direct me to what site or app? i would like to use a OBG Wireless reader/coder if not I can plug it direct to my laptop. Since my 5 is over 20 years old is there anything for Free or minimal cost? Thx again .. Nick from BMoB
Bimmerfest is an amazing source. You will find lots of topics regarding coding. There are free softwares especially for Windows. Please be careful things may go south easily with coding.
What is the exact name of the color of these seats ? Light grey and whats the creamy white color as i am trying to order a spray dey to match that.
The color code is 070/LA14
@@carenthusiast1629 thank you
Bravo and thanks for this video!!! Whew, thought I was going to have to replace a cable.
Glad it helped. Miata is the best.
2008 Niseko and I dont have it \_o_O_/
That is interesting. I thought all of them have it.
If you jack rear with side points where do you put a jack stand as back up if your already using the jack points
I believe you can use differential case to jack up the car and put the jack stands under the side jack points.
Thank you!
You are very welcome. Glad it helped.
It worked great. Can you do a video on the best way to put them back into the sliders? If you already did one, where can I find it? Thanks
Glad, you find it helpful. I will try to upload a video to show you how to put it back. It is better to have a helper to avoid back pain.
Thanks, this is great help - are the clips included in the new supports or do they need to be saved from the existing supports? Also ....... did you get from your Lexus dealer or an aftermarket source?
Glad it helped. I buy the parts from Lexus Dealer online. They have great deals, online. I would not go aftermarket especially if you have a convertible. As far as I remember , it comes with new clips.
How
You have to get it unlocked.
I can’t see where the front jack is connected?
I will upload a new video with higher resolution soon. Stay tuned.
What about the rear? Thanls
You can jack using side jack points or if you want to jack whole rear end, you can use rear subframe.
I used the diff housing and it worked fine, but potato tomato
I want to oreer from them are you based on thr US Or outside thr US, did you get everything sorted first time?
I purchased the head unit from AVINUSA more than 3 years ago, and it arrived with all the necessary components. The installation process was smooth, and I encountered no issues. If you have a knack for mechanical tasks, the installation should be trouble-free. The upgrade was substantial and made a significant difference. AVIN customer service is very good.
The light blinks after I push the start button twice without starting the car I held the button for three blinks and let go and it still keeps blinking and when I start it and drive after about a minute the solid light comes on and it doesn't go off and I checked the pressure and all the tires and everything looks fine but I don't know why the light won't go out Does anyone know why it's not going out or is there some other step I need to do?
The TPMS sensor battery has depleted. Typically, these batteries have a lifespan of about 10 years. You can get them replaced at Costco for approximately $60 each.
@@carenthusiast1629 I just ordered 4 new modules. I will go to my garage and have them put the new ones in. Hopefully they have the tool to copy the codes. Can the car learn the new codes or does it need to be copied from the original IDS to the new sensors? Thanks
@@ocsrc You can utilize a tool to register the new codes into your Sienna. I personally use the Autel MaxiAP200, which costs $50, for this purpose. It's an essential OBD scanner with robust diagnostic capabilities.
Would you know if i can put these seats on the se and transfer the attachments for the middle seat from the se to these seats? Thanks!
And what trim is this sienna? Thanks!
I believe you can do it but not sure if you will be able to safely attach the middle seat to those seats with ottoman.
Thanks for making this video! Now I can remove my car seats
Glad it helped! Try to get help, they are heavy.
How do you turn it on?
Just rotate the bottom to turn it on or off.
It isn’t physically turning at all. Is there another way
@@DRGCars You should be able to rotate the head. That is how you turn it on.
Nice one. All the info I needed rather than a 6min video of just chatting
Glad it helped.
It worked. Thanks fam. 🙏🏽🇪🇨🌎 🛞
Glad to help :)
how do u use it
Sorry, could not understand the question. AVIN headunit was a great addition to e60. It is very well integrated with the car. You can even control it with the buttons on steering wheel.
@carenthusiast1629 i have one installed, in asking how i make it work, for me when it only shows the top bar rest of screen is black
Dont do this
Agree, the proper way is the clean the seatbelt throughly but even that will not last long for most of the old vehicles.
For some odd reason it doesn’t work on my 525 2006 oh well
Sorry to hear that, don’t know why it does not work for you .
How much???
Sorry, could not get the question, how much of what?
how do you like the smell in your car? how long it took to go away?
It actually does not smell. Better way is to clean the seat belt with Dawn.
Don't even have the words...
I am really not good at talking, really sorry for the inconvenience.
Whats the rectangular box thing above the sensor? I wanna find out everything about my car and the components, but the owners manual doesnt have any of that kind of stuff. Even searching online has proven... fruitless.
I know which part you are talking about but don’t know the name. I am pretty sure there are some BMW fans who will help you on bimmerfest forum.
@@carenthusiast1629 awesome stuff, i dont know why there aint technical documents available from bmw on this stuff. I wanna do maintenance, all the way down to the microbe level.
@@PALPABLEemotionsso happy to hear it. I learned many things from bimmerfest forum, very knowledgeable guys. I sold my 5 series last year, now driving a Miata.
Why use that brand? People are too slow to realize, that is silicone, and not the WD40 most people are familiar with. 🙄😂😂
It is my bad, it needs to be silicone. This is kind of a quick solution but not as effective as cleaning your belt.
They all do that...
Maybe I should have said most Toyota, just did not want to give wrong info since I am not sure if this applies to All Toyotas.
Way too much silicone! The right way: You just spray it on the towel and pull the seatbelt through.
Thanks much for the comment.
The towel absorbs the silicone.
@@standtall7646…and leaves a small amount on the seatbelt, which is the point 🙄
Thank you for this very informative video. For completeness can you please pass on the bulb number and the LED replacement part number you used. Thanks
Sure, I used Sylvania OFF Road LED Headlight, Fog light and PowerSport Bulb H11SLBX2, $100 at parts stores. You can get cheaper ones on Amazon, I would not recommend the cheaper ones.
@@carenthusiast1629did you have to use a conversion kit or did the bulbs fit straight in?
@@AA-kf3by it is direct fit.
What about the 100w inverter fuse?

Excuse me, where is the 2011 Toyota Sena fog light insurance? Thank you

Agreed, enjoyed 4 years of e60 ownership, tried to keep in mint condition.
This is what is in the manual when i search images, thanks.
You are very welcome
I have to do the Driver Side headlite bulb Again. Last time I took hole wheel n liner off, wonder if I should try that.
Unfortunately, you have to remove either the wheel liner or the bumper.
1st
Hope, you enjoyed it
Doesn't work on mine either. Mine is a 2005 e60 520d m sport.
Sorry to hear that, normally it should work for e60s.
what did u spray
It may be a remedy for rough idle.
I think he used brake cleaner
Guess have to take to dealer when get oil change and ask them? It not work either way button is set but key fob works to unlock trunk and button above Tag also works to open trunk.
The button in the trunk only activates/inactivates trunk release button inside the cabin. It has no effect on keyfob or the actual trunk release button.
Well it still does not work. button in trunk is enabled still nothing working.
There must be something wrong
