Thanks for the excellent video. My 2018 Yukon leaked fluid on my garage floor. Towed to a garage for diagnostics. Repair shop could not replace water pump so towed to a GM dealer service center. Life is good, brother, thanks for the education.

Just drop the whole drive train out the bottom.

Anyone that finds this with a park avenue, what you want to do is take the bump stop off and you can get a straight shot down to the bolt. I had leaves in the way that made it hard to see, but once it was cleared out it was easy to see the bolt.

I just bought a Fiero with this motor in it, with no knowledge of the motor itself. I’m covering the whole upper half with new gaskets due to the very problem you’re describing. So far I found fuel injectors that didn’t belong to the motor, and it was sipping antifreeze through the throttle body. I plan on deleting the egr all together. Great video.

You would pull it out through the bottom because if you try to pull the motor and trans through the top it would be almost impossible because of the space you have it would be hard to manuever it out....also I forgot to mention if u wanted to just pull only the motor out you can do it through the top

if you need to pull the trans would you take it out the top with the motor, or drop it out the bottom?

Hello all viewers i do not have any repair videos yet but i am an experienced technician with a fair amount of knowledge that can hopefully help all of you do it your selfers out their i started in 2005 doing my mechanic work on my cars then eventually started getting into it more and more as the years passed in 2018 i decided to attend college an obtain a certificate for automotive technology and when i graduated in 2019 i went to work at a chevrolet dealership for about 10 months and it did not work i have worked previously in other mechanic shops before i even attended college so after things not working out at the dealership i decided i wanted to do the mobile mechanic thing on my own i started investing in tools since 2015 and have quite a collection and things are a lot better than it was 2 years ago im building my clientel it takes time to do this so patience and good customer skills is a must i will be posting my first video tomorrow i hope you all who watch this and subscribe to my channel and i will be honered to help any way i can....i will also have discussions and tool review videos in the near future thanks Big Dog Mobile Mechanic
