What level were you when you did this

That spittle keeps killing me! I teleport as soon as he does the spell but sometimes he casts it and I still have about 4 secs on my cooldown... with the dot dmg and him hitting me I just die. Got him to 30% but keep dying to spittle. Any suggestions pls?

Most people don't have Onyxia spell.

The thing that is killing me the spittle. Brann very rarely dispels it. He does on your first one but thats about it. Ive spent about 5 hours on this piece of shit boss and realised that your cooldown on demonic teleport still has about 4 to 5 seconds left on it after he casts spittle. And aince it hits for 1.3mil a second and slows you and he always does the fear after casting it im just dying. I dont have a teleport for every cast of spittle and since brann is useless at dispelling i die. Id have killed him ages ago if the cooldowns lined up like they are meant to.

Which flask/oil/food did you use?

If you have done it with one chracter then you need to do only BFA intro quests till you see the war table

I have killed Zek'vir as balance druid SOLO. Killed it on the first try. Just focus on the spiders and do not stay to far away from Zek'vir. Was feared once and I think at that moment "I am dead". But I survived by on time to rush out off his frontal cone blast. Just in time. Was it a stressed fight? Yes because it was my first try overall after many tries with groups. Now I wonder if I can do some T8 delves as well solo? Like I do with my warlock and hunter soloing.
