How often are your massage visits each month? I have just found a great one (after 4 years of no massage therapy); we are working to combat my hyper kyphosis and scoliosis.....I have lost 3 inches since my original 5'7" height. I do enjoy your videos...keep them rolling, please!
Thanks for your comments and glad you have found a massage therapist! I use to go once a month but have been going twice a month for eighteen months or longer. More frequent is better.

This batch was rich and the flavor is best ever. A batch lasts us close to two weeks. It's so good for the immune system that we have about a cup everyday.

Great info with review and recipe....when I tried roasting the bones in the last batch I made (a year ago), I did not cover the pan...created smoke and set off every smoke detector in my house (4)..
