Hi Denise, the charcuterie board is a great idea for when we have an early big meal, I will definitely do that, the bbq chicken and coleslaw is going on my to do list 😊, I love egg roll in a bowl🥰. Have you tried baking or microwaving corn on the cob? I always use the microwave for 5 min in the husk. Cut the stalk end and grip the tassle w/oven mitts, shake the cob out. I like it better than boiling because they're easier to shuck. works the same with baked corn except it takes maybe 35 minutes or so.

Great meals! I often make myself a mini charcuterie board/plate for supper, especially during the summer, when fresh fruits and veggies are in season. The BBQ Chicken and Rice looks good. I have made something similar but used chicken breasts and taco seasoning. Along with the corn and black beans, I add a can of Rotel. For leftovers, I shred the chicken and roll the mixture up in a tortilla (cheese optional). Brown in skillet until lightly golden brown and heated through

I am so impressed with your kitchen skills...I am 75 years old have raised 3 children, 1 grandchild and help raise 1 great-grandchild. I am sad to say that I have not and am still not as organized in the kitchen as you. So hands up yo you. Thank you for sharing your skills and ideas with your utube fans. Can you use regular quick oats instead of porridge oats in the recipe? I have never heard of porridge oats.

Do you make tuna salad with boiled egg for sandwiches? I like anything that increases my protein. I also use a Walmart brand light greek yogurt vanilla flavor for a lot of things. It's low fat, tastes good, has a good amount of protein, and is inexpensive. It comes in a four pack. I use it for smoothies and breakfast. 🩷

Hi Denise, I made your sugar cookies today. Yummy! The texture is amazing . I'm allergic to eggs so I used my powdered egg substitute and not only did they turn out perfect but I can eat them! Had the pizza bombs last night and made a few of those with ham and cheese instead. Please keep the yummy recipes coming! Thank you!

Jeez going all out. A pinapple here in Australia at the moment is $6.00. Food here in Australia is so overpriced. Punnet of blueberies $8.99. Broccoli one day is 1$10.00 per kg, the next $6.99 kilo.
