Here a short but sweet ride through the Black Forest! The Floodlight is exceptional! From all bikes i rode so far, the Guzzi has the best night performance. Quite Unexpected considering how oldschool the headlight is.

Just a fun comparrisson how 2023 Triumph Stacks up against a oldschool Suzuki GSX R1100. We know its comparing apples and beans, was still a lot of fun. Don't try this at home. All on private closed off roads. Subscribe for more dumb stuff!

I have only heard Mistral and Agostini before but Zard exhaust also sounds great! Ride safe!
We will do a side by side comparisson with the regular and the zard on the road soon since we got to V7s in our garage. With the change to euro 5+ we got them for quite the bargain price.

Might have to swap my arrow exhaust with is
has a lot more bark to it and is lighter!

Looking forward to a follow up on this. How was your experience with the tires once you’ve gotten some mileage on them?
So short update - we have 10k miles more on them roughly 17k on those tyres alone. Still going strong! Good performance on road and dirt, pretty bad on wet or muddy stuff. But what tires besides some big nobbys do? Overall id say they are the best ADV tires when it comes to a middle of the road (70% onroad 30% offroad) with incredible millage compared to almost anything else. Highly recomended from a low level ADV rider, but i can't really give you an opinion on high skill offroad stuff.

Ein wirklich schönes Motorrad
@@CaptainAhnungslos von der Linienführung von Tank und Rahmen können die meisten Hersteller noch was abkucken!
Hm. Actually, original sounded more balanced and technological
@@onabikewithadrone the Zard has more growl and l more lower end to it while riding. The original one sounds a bit like a beefed up sewing machine while riding. Besides that, you have decent weight decrease of around 5 Kilos.

Hey, don't listen to us! lol No really, the Guzzi is a tremendous motorcycle 👌🏼

Hi! Did you need ECU update or it works good just after auto adjustment? Thanks a lot!
I went to the dealer just to be sure - but no, no remapping required. Super Easy install, gnarly sound and incredible weight decrease but god damn is that thing loud. At least in Germany i still expect i will get into trouble, even though the DB-Killers are in and there is a E-Number engraved on the exhaust itself.
@@ScramToursThanks! What about torque? Is it still strong at low range as with original exhausts?
@@jacopobignamini990 I'd even say a bit more low end punch and especially the mid range is more open. As with most after markets exhaust it feels like the engine can just breath a bit easier. The weight increase alone (5KG) feels like transforming the bikes handling.
@@ScramTourswith completely open exhaust I felt less power at low range, so I decided to install zard cathalized exhaust and… great punch and sound! But yours are gorgeous! 🔝
@@jacopobignamini990 and it was the "cheapest" :D Not that 800 € are cheap at all but compared to zard or Unit Garage not bad.
Why only in 1080p??
I used the lowlight settings of the cam which was automaticly in 1080p and i didn't think about checking the resolution again. Sorry!
@@ScramTours All good. It's just a shame because of the low resolution. I almost always have my Action 4 set to 4K, 25 fps and 100-1600 ISO, which is also great for night shots. The camera remembers the settings, so you don't have to constantly adjust them. Best regards 😉
@@svenev_73 All following Videos are in 4k. ;D Thanks for the settings i will try them out on the next ride! Ride safe!

Moin!
Geil! Fahre die Brixton! ;-) Sollte aber Simson S90 heißen, oder?
sorry another question :) ..is that with or without DB killer? Thanksss
Don't be sorry! More than happy to help. That is indeed with the DB Killer still in place. Gnarly sound. If you have any other questions let us know!
Did U have some fit problem for perfect alignment? I saw some pictures where it seems the hole to fit the black shield a little upside…? Thanks so much for the support🤟
The fitting was quite easy. As you can see from this perspective the heatshields do not align 100% with the exhaust pipes themselves. I double checked with the manufacturer and it is indeed supposed to look like this. Here the Link with the shop i bought it from with additional pictures: www.classicbike-raisch.de/TRIUMPH-LC-AB-BJ-2016/Auspuff/Auspuffanlagen/Mohave-Exhaust-Scrambler-1200/CB12324?c=525

Even the Stocksound isnt too Bad. The Mohave is in its own League though. And huge weight saving as well!
Does it melt the passengers leg?
@@stevendeary502 luckily it doesnt. Would even go so far to say its a bit colder than the Stock exhaust. And since it doesn't stick out as much, you are less likely to touch it when you get on and off. Even works with luggage in the exhaust side!
@@ScramTours the luggage was my next question 🤣
@@stevendeary502 i have a Video coming Up on my Touring build - luggage on both Sides. Rode from germany to scottland with it - luggage did melt. Just warm. Wouldn't Store Drinks or food that need to stay cold on that Side but thats about it.
There seem to be an issue with the headlights on the Suzuki V-STROM 800. You don't see far enough at night. This is dangerous.
It really is. Yes you can get Auxilerary Lights. But a 12k Bike should have Basic functionality Like Safe night riding as Part of the Base package.
Especially in tight corners. You literally don't see where you are going.
projector headlght is the best even in cars
Even though they are way brighter it wouldnt really fix the terrible visibility in Corners.
Quite scary… shadow is pitch black in contrast with lit part as you commented..
The camera actually mimics quite well what you See in Person. Wouldn't advice Rides Out of town - hard to See the Sides of the Road.
Those lights are pretty sketchy in turns.
After some Dark Winter Rides i have to agree on that one. Auxilerary Lights might be a good Invest If you have night rides in the Menu.
Great video sorry about the camera, life is a box of surprises. BR
Thank you so much! Appreciated! Well, you live and learn. Next year we will leave nothing at the car. Besides maybe some beartraps. :P
It's great. But if it also had follow-me you would use that 9 times out of 10.
Im not sure GPS-Tracking would work that fast with active obstacle avoidance. But we're no drone geeks so maybe there are some drones that can do that.
@@ScramTours I may be wrong but I think the Skydio uses GPS together with optical tracking and obstacle avoidance, and it is fast enough. But with follow-me you don't really need obstacle avoidance. You can put it high and away from trees and buildings and have it fly in view in front of you, if it is programmed right. It also flies much more predictably and doesn't swerve all over the place. That's the problem with active-track. The drone flies exactly where all the hazards are so it won't lose you. It's a great feature to get nice shots from relatively close. But practical on a long trip it is not. People soon find it very annoying having to stop the whole time to use the touchscreen. Maybe Litchi or Maven will be available for the Mini 4? Definitely worth buying!
@@driewiel Yeah we had our eyes on one of Skydios Line-Up as well. Sadly they stopped their consumer lineup and they were quite difficult to import to Europe. With taxes it would have been almost double the price of the Mini 4. Im not sure how DJI handles Software intrusions when it comes to their DJI-Care service. Most likely wont grip anymore then. Sadly we have pretty tight regulations when it comes to flight height as well, that combined with the changes in elevation and trees obstruckting the view in the Blackforest-District would make it pretty cumbersome to use. You have some modes with the new Active Track you can choose between - trace and parallel and you can define certain preferred behaviours. But we will have to test out how well that actually works!
@@ScramTours I'm not sure if the drone will adjust altitude when using follow-me in Litchi or Maven? Nor if you still have obstacle avoidance? But you're not going to risk your Mini 4 Pro when it's too much a risk anyway. In the open field follow-me is just more user-friendly. Push of a button. You put it somewhere you can see it. The best sensors are in your head.
Thank you! how amazing dji~=))
A huge improvement to the tracking of the DJI MIni Pro. The obstacle avoidance is like black magic - you can see my disbelief around 1.09 :D
Love how you talk about what tires and how well they work... gees
Heyo! Thanks for the comment. We thought the text at the beginning of the video and the video description would be enough. Sorry about that! At this point we had the tires on for around 100km. A bit early to give full impressions. Now we have them on for like 3k. If you have any questions feel free to ask! We will do a follow up on the tires soon!
Nice night shots and good to see someone who shows off the bikes night lighting. Now that LED lights are becoming standard and more compact, how long is it until they are gimballed, don't they realise bikes lean in the corners at night too?
Thanks for the comment! I mean there are some bikes that allready have that - but only on Bikes that cost around 20k+. (BMW GS for example) Im not so sure what to think of it - Moving parts tent to break first but on the other hand it would be really nice to see more into the curves. Its basicly pitch black outside of the lightcone.
@@ScramTours Didn't know that, thanks. Agreed, the light cut off is very defined.
@@marktaylor4277 I guess thats why most adventure tourers have the option to get auxiliary lights. Not as good as corner sensitive lighting and somewhat expensive (around 500€ with installation) but the road is quite well lit with them.
👏👏👏👏👏
Scramtours,like,that's super job, =))
Thank you so much! Your Drone Content rocks!
