bios setting？ related to boot sequence？ if bios set to boot from usb；because lan cable is in，the computer thought you are booting from the usb
Hi, I had compatibility issues with several Ethernet adapters, but I finally got a Satechi, and it worked perfectly.

i had a noise fan too but it needed some lube and now its like brand new.

That happens to me with a single fan when it is at minimum speed (30%) what I did was increase the speed of that fan using msi afterburner to 40/45% and that sound no longer occurs (it only occurs when the fan is turned off in a sleep state and turns back on when in use)
My asus tuf 3080 does this rarely too. Not sure if its fan or coil whine. Did you ever 'fix' yours?
no, the card was burned. Just stoped working.

Surely it's quieter than that and what we're hearing is in fact the sound of your wallet.
I returned an Asus Strix because their Coil Wine was so irritating.
I think it is not the fan its called coil whine every craphic card have this issue some more some dont
