A Better Probe For Your Voron Switchwire | Magprobe HX
In this video, I will be showing you the step by step process for assembling the Magprobe HX, which is a DIY probe designed for Voron Switchwire based on salveoo's original Magprobe. Magprobe HX was designed for hot bed bed-mesh leveling, which is usually done when the printed bed is warped due to changing temperature cycles of the print bed.

Good to see your video after a long time.
🤯
Thank you for the comment! 😊✨
What is firmware depreciation?
hahah nice spot welder hahah NOT
For the clasps couldn’t you have used the combine feature and used the bottom base as a tool body to cut the top and then used offset face to add the necessary clearance?
Very nice, unrealistic result as far as printing at this speed goes. Though i do think it should be able to print at 300mm/s provided the hotend can handle it.
can you make a tutorial on instal and configuring macro the clicky servo that you use?
hi friend this is cool
could you do one in TinkerCAD??
Nice work!
The screencap was a clickbait
What is the maximum speed you can reach?
How do you tighten your belts to go this fast, mines are slipping on the pulleys ?
Really clear and well explained, no frantic mouse movement, thanks a lot.
Please, do not place bms like that ;_:
Perché non mi conta una tacca o il display ktlcd5
I dont know why i watched this video about 3D printers or something to the very end
Cool tutorial! I go through this and its awesome :) Now I have a problem to connect to ma printer I post this to discord server maybe somebody will help me :)
comparing your video to the start of the offical SW guide i noticed there are a lot of differences. The extusions used, the buuild plate mount, the y rails. how much does this differ from the voron sw?
Hi, I wondered. Could you tell me how I connect battery to The electric bike the? Wires mean I? 've already got a battery, but I want to put this one on as well.Where do the wires go thank you.
I'm just starting out in building one and This is the best option to use Klipper and add an ercf. I can get an entire ender 3 pro for 69.00 including shipping on ebay, not working but the extrusions alone are worth it. Thanks for your video, can't wait to see how it goes!
Great tutorial, I hope you make more fusion tutorials and tips!
Thank you for your showing us the snapping lid. Please refrain from having music on a continuous loop, gets very annoying through a whole youtube.
Got that. Will reduce the amount of music and reduce the volume to make it less annoying. Thanks for watching.
Thank you so much ❤
Thanks for watching! <3
Hello. I have a raspberry pi zero 2w, can I use it in this project?
Yes, you can.
@@HyperMakes thanks
Thank you for sharing your work, it's nice to see how we can give new life to the objects we care about. If I may, one thing I would have done differently is perhaps cover the edges of the module by masking the glass and painting the edges black or another color to make it personalized but still good.
Yup, many people have been saying to cover the edges to make it look better. Will try to do that in near future. Thanks for watching.
Have there been any changes or updates to installing octoprint since the previous video? These original creality wifi boxes just dropped to a super low price near me and I'd like to try it out.
Actually there has been less support for Octoprint as the Octoprint devs are not interested in this project. Still you can join the discord server and ask Shivajiva about the status.
What a fun project. I really enjoyed watching you bring new life into a well worn watch. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your kind words. Thanks again for watching!
thnx
Thanks for watching!
great i was looking for a video like this, im making a wireless mmu thanks
Glad I could help. Thanks for watching!
Just installed over past weekend on my CR10 V3 and Wifi Box amazing tutorial. Only issue im having is the USB camera is not getting power .
The creality wifi box has very limited resources to make a USB camera work. But, still some people have made it work.
@@HyperMakes i actually went and got a BTT an Pi board hahaha
@@michaelwalden4248 Good choice.
the centered led was a cool idea but i feel like the led is way to bright and makes it hard to see the time when you use it
Yup, you are kinda right. The led is actually way too bright in some situations. It is what it is.🤷🏽♀️
After watching the video, I was really relieved that my watch was pure.
i see this video is old and has the word [OUTDATED] on it... i picked up one of these boxes lately... does the [OUTDATED] mean this no longer works?
There is a new video up on the channel with updated installation instructions. Please feel free to check it out. P.S. The latest update also fixes many usb driver issues which are mentioned in the new video.
so im having issues getting into interface threw my network i was able to get in threw the openwrt but when i get to the terinal part i have to be logged in to the main network and it say connection took to long
Hello. I have been a bit busy lately. Please drop the problem in the discord server. We will try to help you out.
Дякую/Thank you
Just buy a new watch mate. Amazon sells a casio F91W for 12USD. 😅
how do you do this speed test without printing stuff
Hey Kayden. In order to test the printer movement limits without printing, you can either do dry run i.e. print without the filament or use speed testing macros like i have used in this video. Here: ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/articles/determining_max_speeds_accels.html
Be careful when inserting the BMS from the uninsulated side to test the location, it can short circuit the cells. Great video
Yup. Thanks for watching! ✨
Excellent work, it already installs everything as in the tutorial and the ender 3 s1 has klipper. I installed it through sonic pad but it doesn't connect, I guess something additional must be done in the pirnter.cfg to connect it. Thank you very much for your videos.
Thanks for the kind words, it made my day. You mentioned "sonic pad". Do you mean you are trying to install KlipperWrt on sonic pad? You can checkout a custom Debian port for Creality Sonic Pad here: github.com/Jpe230/SonicPad-Debian Also join the discord server, maybe we will able to figure out the problem on why it isn't connecting.
Thanks for the updated tutorial, but before I follow this process, will I need to install a different firmware on my ender 3 v2 neo. I am currently running MRiscoC.
Yes. You will have to flash klipper firmware on your printer mainboard.
Sand paper will give even more scratches to the watch. Won't it?
Technically yes. But the fine grit sand paper helps remove more coarse scratch marks. And lastly the polishing compound helps out even the micro scratches made by the fine grit sand paper.
@@HyperMakes actually those scratches seem very minor to me. A simple toothpaste + microfiber cloth rubbing could have worked better... especially for a cheap-priced watch.
Thanks for updated tutorial and sharing the updated project! I just Found out about the possibility to install Klipper on wi-fi Box inside Creality CR10 Smart and updated process is what I needed
Glad I could help!
Battery insulation gasket huh? That sure drops the battery longevity for a considerable margin
Hello from Bulgaria my Indian friend, for the display first you use a fine sandpaper 1500~2000,to smooth the plastic until you don't see scratches ,it will be foggy ,and unclear afterwards but don't worry then you take a wool sock or cloth ,and rub it really hard for a long time with your polishing compound or toothpaste, untill it get clear , i have done this on my plastic watches ,same process with less rubbing will work on the case also .All good to you, and your dad .
Thanks for sharing your experience and suggestion. I have already ordered some fine sand paper as suggested by you. I really appreciate your kind words and thanks for watching!
@@HyperMakes One way to cover the white plastic is go to office supply store, and ask for color paper ,cut opening for the display, and glue behind the glass close to edges so the case edge can hide the mark ,i have seen people do that.
Good job! These kinds of mods are always fun, Thanks for sharing!
Glad you liked the mods and thanks for watching too!
slight bit of under extrusion
You should have changed the glass maybe or paint the white part The white plastic doesn't look that nice
I agree. I did try searching for a new faceplate online but i didn't find any in my country. I will be sanding and polishing the faceplate again as suggested by one of my viewer.
2nd part please
The video topic is complete. 2nd part on what topic?
Hi, can anyone help. I rebooted box after installing octoprint, but now I can't access octoprint UI through boxip:5000? Can I somehow check that it is running through openwrt terminal or something?
Hello. Sorry to say but, this project is no longer supported by the author. So, there are no updates for this project. Still, you can ask in the discord server for help.
