I went there with my car. I don't think there is a bus available. If you have a car, that would be the easiest option.

We were walking, but after about a kilometer a nice woman stopped by with a car and offered to take us both to the cable car. We walked all the way back, but that's it was easy.The cable car is self service.

You are right, I was the cameraman and my kids were the actors🙂. The trail through the tunnel to Limmerensee, which is the way we went up, is a safe one but a steep climb. However, certain sections of hiking down the other side were relatively difficult and a bit sketchy especially towards the end of hike, but doable.

Indeed, this is one of the best hikes in that region, and it is also so fulfilling to see the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau from Lobhornhütte. The way we did it was not a round trip; we came back the same way. The restaurant at 5:33 is the Lobhornhütte.

The hike takes approximately 3 hours to complete, including both the ascent and descent. We initiated the hike from the Staubern cable car station after utilizing the cable car for transportation.

@@BijoMohanyes even I was in the same safari. We were the last 3 jeeps that found the leopard at the last minute as we were exiting. It was the closest tiger sighting for me and 2 more friends that day and first leopard.

Ah, great! Seeing a tiger and a leopard in one safari is truly rare.

Glad you liked the video! There are a few routes to get to Geisleralm, and if I remember correctly, the shortest one would still take around one and a half hours. But don't worry, the views are so good that you won't feel exhausted. Plus, there are plenty of sitting spots along the way, so take it easy. Heading to see Santa Magdalena Church on the same day after the Geisleralm hike might be a bit much, especially if you're not active hikers. The roads are paved, but it's an ascend only from the parking lot. So, my suggestion would be to split it into two days.

@@BijoMohan Thanks for the info. I'll search for a shorter route. 1.5 hours shouldn't be a problem at all because I walk regularly but hiking is impossible in Jakarta😁

By train, it takes around 10 minutes to reach Wilderswil. From there, you can take the cogwheel train to Schynige Platte.

We are planning to be there in 22nd may . Will this place be open ? Btw the video quality is awesome .

Unfortunately, this location only opens in mid-June. As an alternative, you can try Mannlichen; you can enjoy even better views from there. You can reach this location from Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen.
