I did this laying down before sleep and became so relaxed I didn’t want to come out of it. Very easy with great results.❤
That’s good to hear. Just a note: Once we are in these more relaxed states, we have greater ability to communicate and influence our subconscious. With this in mind we can use “power words” to communicate the desired states and feelings we want to embody. For instance, we can gently repeat the words “I am trust” or “I am supported” during our natural exhales. You can use any word that feels aligned with the state that you want to embody. When you are done, see if you can create the feeling of gratitude within, if you can, stay with that feeling for as long as you like before bringing yourself back to beta brainwave (the natural daily state). You can also count yourself out of meditation if you like, with internal dialogue, for example: “zero: I am coming back to my body, one: becoming more aware and alert, two: noticing all the activity around me, three: becoming even more alert, four: opening my eyes and becoming more aware, five: eyes open, wide awake, fully alert and ready for the day.
