4 Ocean: Bali's Beach Cleanup Operation
I’ve followed 4ocean’s work for years, so I was happy the to get to visit their crew in Bali during a recent trip.
Personally, I was expecting some trash along the high-tide marks, and was completely unprepared for the extent of the plastic problem.
It’s almost like Bali has its own version of the “Great Pacific Garbage Patch.” I didn’t realize: currents naturally carry ocean plastics and pollution from around Southeast Asia and deposit it on beaches along the southwestern coast of Bali.
While filling bags with trash on one beach, one of the guys told me they’d just cleaned it the day prior.
The problem is relentless, especially during the rainy monsoonal winter months.
It was also interesting to learn about the innovations they’ve made to make the operation more efficient. They include specialized boats for the ocean and rivers, a conveyor system to hoist trash bags up the steep riverbank, and heavy machinery to sort, clean, and bundle the plastics.
Our visit to the loud, industrial sorting warehouse was balanced by a stop nearby to meet some of the artisans weaving the 4ocean bracelets which are known worldwide.

Slide Rock State: Sedona's Natural Waterslide

Slide Rock State Park is along Oak Creek, north of Sedona, Arizona. It’s named after an 80-foot-long natural water slide, formed in the sandstone rocks in the creek. In the summer, there's a line of cars waiting for the gates to open at 8:00am along Highway 89A. There are no reservations, and no drop-offs or foot traffic. It’s a $20 fee per vehicle. The parking lot inside is huge, but some morn...

Vienna to Bratislava by Boat: The Twin City Liner

Americans love making good use of the trains in Europe, but if you’re in Vienna, Austria, let me suggest taking a different mode of transportation if you’re heading east to Bratislava, Slovakia. The Birthing Cave: One of Sedona's Best Hikes

Cardiac Canyon

Antelope Canyon draws 3 million tourists a year. The most unique experience you can have is at Cardiac Canyon, where only 6 people are allowed each day for a tour which lasts all day. The most recent portion of Antelope Canyon to open to the public...
How to Take the Vienna Airport Train (CAT) to the City Center

Vienna’s airport is about 12 miles from the center of the city. The standard taxi fare is about 50 Euros, though sometimes Uber is less. It’s cheaper and even faster to use Vienna’s airport train to get to the city. The “CAT," which stands for “City Airport Train,” is one of the most efficient airport trains I’ve used anywhere in the world. After landing at the airport, you can't miss the brigh...

Beautiful! Visited the place as well, very good drone shots showing the soul of this place!
We stopped by twice since the weather kept changing!

Taiwan is beautiful with so many hiking trails. Currently putting together some videos myself. This was great journalist work on Taroko Park.
I was so surprised by the number of trails... can't wait to go back!
Wow very beautiful, i really want to visit utah and arizona

It's just an independent country within the US, with the right to extort money from tourists and the right to starve animals. No matter how beautiful the falls are, I would not want to sponsor that tribe. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Can i use the same debit card for two people when using contactless foing through the turnstile?

Jesus. 100 bucks @1500 visitors a day? That’s serious money
That's me at 1:04 Great video 😅
😅 What a coincidence!
Very important to mention, an automatic car will cost you double than the manual, you might also have to pay a deposit that could cost 1K+
Just came back from Iceland. I did both Blue Lagoon and Sky Lagoon. Both are worth checking out. Sky Lagoon has the edge in my opinion with the 7 step ritual. The view is nice and feels more relaxing
Buying a specific token with cash for every trip sounds onerous. On the MRT at the airport just tap your credit card or iPhone for the ride to the city. Then buy one of the multi day passes so you don’t have to deal with the hassle.
what kind of camera do you use?
Halaaa madrid 😅😅
We loved your video. 👏🏼 We’ll contact you. Gracias !!!
Thanks!
This will help me immensely as I head to NYC now for the marathon
Awesome- good luck!
My trip is scheduled for january 26th. I'm worried about the rain. Will I be able to visit the sights?
It's likely to drizzle a couple times each week in the winter, but you'll have a great time. Be careful: the stone streets get very slippery. Make sure your shoes have a good grip!
How far is the drive from the center of Ollantaytambo to the star dome lodge?
It took around 15 minutes
I had been to puerto Peñasco a-few times but the last time i went we had the worst time of our life they searched our car found an apple fined us $5,000 and took our pet from us and just fucked our mood we will never go there again and to whoever is reading my text make sure u guys don’t leave fruits or stuff from Mexico in your car while going back to your state or they will ruin your trip for u 😢
Ugh I hate hearing things like this. Something ridiculous happened to us in Cancun.
Bro have been planning my anniversary for Feb 2025 in time square for months in advance now. By the way I'm from the caribbean island of jamaica. So I've been watching videos of how to navigate the air train system to get to Manhattan, and trust me, I had to save your video for reference when I get to new york. This is the most simple and straight forward video I've seen. Thanks bro. I wish I could give u a 1000 likes for this video. I subscribed immediately. Thnks.🎉🎉
Glad it's helpful. Enjoy your trip!
...so is it worth it?
For sure!
These winter sceneries ❄ are so beautiful! The drone 🚁 perfectly captured the winter vibe, and I also love documenting this season ⛄ in my shots. Amazing! 🤩
Thanks! It's beautiful all year there for sure :)
thanks for making such an informative video !
Glad it's helpful! Thanks :)
Awesome video! 👍 I can’t wait for our trip to Havasupai on Nov. 1st!!
I'm jealous- enjoy!
I really don’t understand no video policy 🤷♂️. Is there a specific reason for this?
I think they want people to experience it themselves ...
The first time I got to see those trees was in Puerto Rico Island 🏝️ they are amazing beautiful
Amazing colors!
Excellent video. I will be travelling next week to NYC. However, do you know the best place for luggage storage at the JFK airport? I will be arriving at Terminal 1. Thanks
Check out the updated video, because they've made changes. ua-cam.com/video/g6JIB4l1ARs/v-deo.html&lc=UgwOYsi_6kO6HNQpwut4AaABAg
Also, when you leave baggage claim you should come across a luggage storage area. There's definitely one in T4 ... and I think in T1 it's in the arrivals area.

has anyone captured the sunset there? how is it compared to the sunrise in terms of shades over the landscape?
great insights!
Thanks!
Thank you so much for this video! I’m going to NYC next week and I needed to know how to get from the airport to manhattan where I am staying. It’s so simple and easy to follow along, thank you!

Great. Windy days can be tough. I (insanely) ride motorcycle through wind there this year. It was so tough, the wheels spinning (gyroscopic effect) helped. It was almost impossible, I could not stop riding until off the peninsula and in-between buildings. It was the hardest and most dangerous riding that I've ever done in my life. It was life treating is blown down into the sea or onto into the path of oncoming traffic. I had to just keep concentrating on direction, and fighting the wind and riding as fast as possible. it was nuts. ua-cam.com/video/1xKVuICy7Do/v-deo.htmlsi=Pnz-nGUV-_NDthA0
how long in advance it is recommended to book for both?
You can usually book pretty close to your visit in the winter, but if you're going around spring break, I'd do it at least a month in advance just to make sure you can get the timeslot you want.
@@JaredDillinghamTravel will reach that point probably in July, during my 90 days across the country. I`ll try to book as soon as I can but I have around 500 points to check on the list so it`s kinda difficult to predict. But I found similar places in Capitol Reef for example so yeah, if it`s not gonna happen, at least I`ll get a glimpse of it somewhere else. Thanks!
Great advice
Thanks for checking it out!
What abou the first week of January? Lots of people? In Rome
I think that would be a great time to visit. I understand for the next several months some sites might be closed for renovations, leading up to 2025 Jubilee events. Still, I'd go if given the chance.

Such a cool place

It's all accessible. They have elevators and escalators.
Any elevator access to Airtrain platforms?
Yes!
