    Recent studies suggest, .75g/lbs is plenty to build muscle. In fact, .35g/lbs is sufficient to sustain and maingain - crazy as fuck. Because in those .35g/lbs focus groups, they had people hit 2-3 working sets per week, per muscle group and they still built an equal or negligible difference to people that kept their usual routines.

      If you’re so busy you don’t even have 30 minutes throughout the day for cardio means you’re probably getting enough misc activity for burning calories. Just tighten up the diet

      Many people who look good physically do so too. The bottom line is: If someone really wants something and makes it a goal of theirs. Then they will dedicate time for it. Cooking meals in order to eat right and balanced, as well as working out, doesn't require that much time. Most people also have partners, which makes it even easier since they can assist eachother in the meal preparations for example, making the time even shorter. Working out three times a day for 1 hour maximum (can be less) is not going to hurt your schedule. Compare that time to the time it takes to watch a movie and it's easy to see that working out is well worth the time...which is minimal. I believe that what many people need, however, is understanding how the body works in respects to nutrition and working out; the first being the most important. If anyone needs help or tips in the matter, feel free to reach out. I'll pass on to you knowledge that I've acquired through years of experience. Trust me, I know how frustrating it can be when attempting to reach a goal on the blind or with a hard to read map.

    Numerous studies have shown that 2-3 minutes are superior for hypertrophy. Resting that short of time for compounds like the incline dumbbell press shown in the video usually results in sharp performance drop-offs. Also, make your own content. Quit reposting old videos with nothing of value added.
