I got into SU super late. And even then, I was being held back, because I was using *Hulu* to watch it. Bad idea... Anyway, point is, I wasn't into the show when they did the whole "Lars will be ok, chill out" thing, so I didn't see it. Instead, I saw Steven leave Lars and be completely calm about it, Connie and Steven split and Connie keeping Lion so Steven had no way to go and check on Lars, while, might I remind you, *not seeming to be concerned about him at all* This actually made me more ticked off at Connie and Lion than I probably should've been because Connie took Lion, the *only* way Steven could use to *help Lars* and Lion seemed to be going along with it, favoring Connie and *refusing* to come back to Steven. Yeah, if I had seen the "he'll be fine, chill out" thing, I would've been a lot less stressed, but they kind of just went about everything in a *no-so-good* way...

I feel like the whole problem of people saying that kingdom hearts’ writing is bad is that they souly blame nomura and not the transition team and I’m not blaming the translation team but people gotta learn that somethings doesn’t translate well into English

This was an amazing watch I truly see that this series that I forgot about really had some problems but I think I might be able to truly watch it without blaming the problems on the show or myself just one true watch if I ever get to that point and get the possibility to watch it. What's sad is as this show went on I felt like it forgot about the characters that were not the enemies, the heroes and the closest strings as the string got further as new characters were introduced it didn't matter and that's what made me sad that it felt like the series was empty. This emptiness is what many shows and their final episodes have felt like and what they have ended up becoming and I feel it's either a problem of introducing too much for one to remember or just wanting to get to the end and having this feeling of rushing stuff or what you planned for the end doesn't fit what feels you've created during the journey so maybe it's the fans or the creator or other things but it's sad most shows end like this now especially the great ones. Watching this 3 part series has really shown me how deep you can look into the problem and how I knew there was something wrong but didn't understand it.

We can literally have an arc about Steven having explosive diarrhea and the rest of the gems constantly fighting corrupted gems. Guess which one is gonna happen off screen.

OK the real reason why I left the Steven universe community is because Steven universe future was getting a bit too real plus it just got boring after a while I mean Steven save the universe what was left?

I feel like lapis was pretty hurt at the time and peridot wasn't helping heck peridot basically told her to leave...so she did. and while I do think lapis had a valid reason and same with connie I do think connie should have obviously apologized and learned what steven did was for the greater good I feel like the entire sunflower thing was dramatic irony but maybe steven didn't know they needed suna nd was just cause sunflower cause of the design of the flower itself (which I mean it basically is the reason) eh...I wouldn't say it's ok to not really care about lars im actually one of the people who didn't know that lars of the stars was shown and am just figuring out it had a clip shown on a panel I do think they likely showed lars of the stars off intentionally. I had a feeling lars was fine though since steven already revived him It hought he could survive with the off colors but I can see they shouldn't have delayed showing him again for so long. but im 100% the hiatues are due to cartoon network and there own scheudlign but I have heard episodes can take from 9-12 months to fully make a episode CN has had other shows like adventure have long hiatuses even if not as long as steven universe ones I'd say I agree the bomb format isn't really working it doesn't bother me as much as others I mean im a relatively busy person so yeah

At this point.. I think Rebecca sugar is going to launch Lars of the Stars as a spin off show.

Where ever you are and what ever your doing I hope you find your happy ending and my your heart be your guiding key.

Honestly everyone agrees that Connie's reason for leaving was just stupid and selfish, she literally got mad that Steven saved all of his loved ones through a selfless act.

Can I just say. All characters in most episodes change height. Like lapis will be shorter them Pearl and then she is the same height. I find it funny.

I don't know if it's relevant anymore but the reason CN has to use the bomb format for SU is to hide the shows poor ratings. There is an interest spike in New episodes but otherwise most viewers just don't care about SU because of its mediocre rewatchability, so to keep the show from going under they hide the poor rating with Steven bombs so the hiatus' between episodes can be filled with more popular shows.

Welcome back

So I kinda forgot I subscribed to you, but I'm kinda happy that I decided to. This video is allot better than I thought it would be, and I'd like to see more like it in the future. I'm glad you made this video! I am one of the fans that very heavily criticize, but it's really nice to remind myself that there is a reason I still preordered the game I'm currently waiting to arrive in the mail (Wanted it bad enough to get a physical copy.) This was a breath of fresh air that honestly made me excited to play the game for the first time since Birth By Sleep came out. Deep down there is actually a good idea for a series and a story in there. Personally my favorite part of the story is the idea of taking the evils and sadness within you and using it towards a positive goal to ultimately help others. Taking something you see as bad about yourself but twisting it in such a way that it ultimately brings joy and happiness to world. Riku is the best example of that can be used well, but Terra is there to show us that if you push it to far you will become an even worse version of it. Accept yourself, and whats in your heart, but make sure to keep it in the right place. Never get to overwhelmed in one specific part, or that is all you become. Or at least thats how I see it.

To anyone who's wondering where I've been for the past year, partly I've been working and partly I've backed away from the UA-camr stuff because I felt like the critical take was sapping my enthusiasm. I was becoming so negative I couldn't even enjoy the things I loved anymore, so I decided to take a step back and occupied myself with other things. The reason why I made this video is more or less the same reason why I made the Steven Universe videos: I had a strong opinion, and I didn't see anybody else on UA-cam talking about it, so I decided to make something myself. So to old subs: sorry if this isn't what you subbed for, but this is what I made the channel for. Hope you enjoyed it anyway.

I only ever watch the ice cream cat episode and the first episode with Connie. So i keep seeing these and being like well shit maybe i shouldn't watch it. But i mean i want to get into it but these vids keep putting me off.

I think the real problem is: people are getting tired of Lapis Let’s summarize In season 1 Steven freed her from the mirror and then she ran away to Homeworld In the end of Season 1 she comes back with Jasper and Peridot and gets stuck in the bottom of the ocean as Malachite In Season 3 she returns and runs away again, only to return 5 min later and stay in the Earth for good And now on Season 5 she ran away again... twice I think people are getting tired of this run away come back run away come back that she always does I’m not one of those people because all the times she ran away I understood why It was selfish and cowardly but she had a BUNCH of reasons to run away so I sympathized with her literally all the times that she ran away But there are people who are tired of this and honestly I can’t blame them since this shit has been going around since SEASON 1 Who knows maybe I’m just an idiot But hey at least it’s finally solved now with reunited she returned and self proclaimed herself as a Crystal Gem so yay Lapis arc is finally solved guys It took 5 fucking years but it was worth the wait right? Right? No? Just me?
