    7वां कार्य रिकॉर्ड नहीं हो पाया जो इस प्रकार है.... यदि संसद कोई ऐसा कानून बनाती है या संविधान संसोधन करती है जो संविधान की मूल भावना के विरुद्ध है तो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ऐसे कानून या संविधान संशोधन को रदद् कर सकता है। सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की इस शक्ति को न्यायिक पुनरावलोकना की शक्ति कहते हैं।
