Such kids love balls and have all other repetitive actions. Speech delay is a major sign but there are still 5% kids who speak but they do has autism. And now a days virtual autism is at its peak which is caused by screentime. Screens shouldn't be allowed before 3 years at all. Not even for 5 mins.
