I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Kitbash Team, particularly Elaine, for her exceptional assistance and responsiveness. After resetting my password and receiving a verification code via email, I was able to create a new password and gain access to Cargo. Currently, I am in the process of downloading assets, which is taking some time. I am hopeful that the entire process will proceed smoothly.

I am having difficulty understanding the fix you explained involving the cargo_v1.sqlite file. I watched your video at 0.5x speed to follow your steps, but I still couldn’t see where you clicked or how you shared the file. Additionally, the audio quality of the video is poor, making it hard to follow along. I am working with Kitbatch to resolve this issue. Although I have reset my password in the Kitbatch web application, I continue to encounter the same problem when attempting to sign in with the Cargo Plugin, receiving an “Invalid Credentials” error. I have been struggling with this issue all day and into the night, and the video did not provide the assistance I needed.

i cant install the plugin when i do it says that sparse volumetric folder not found and also i am using 5.4 when i import it , it does import but when i search sparse volume material in content browser nothing shows up any help.
