Friend, these are yummy!! My only regret was not cooking it down more so it would be slightly thicker. It was really simple and having the steam canner and not having to bring a whole pot of water to a rolling boil to water bath made the process go that much faster. Well gardening friends 2023 harvest is officially over. These were the last things that were still out in the soil.
