Insane BMW driver, 12-25-2023. East 22fwy.

Was heading home from Westminster on the 22 fwy east bound when this idiot passed me on the side of the roadway doing well over 120mph. Most likely, someone got a new car for Christmas, but driving like that, they will not be around for long.

Very clean. Nicely done. How were you able to add the washer and nut to the bottom of the back side of the H rails? Have enough room through the center hatch?
Hello! Can I feature this video for a youtube edit that I'm working on? I'll credit you with watermark on screen. Thanks in advance.
Hey ! Can I use your clip in my video with credit and link ?
it's hard not to do that in an m340i ;)
Hi there, we're putting together a new episode and we think your clip would be a great addition. Can we use it? We'll make sure to give you proper credit.
Hi Brian S, hello, can I use this video on my channel? Any comment about what or where did this happen? Thanks and stay safe.
Hey! May I have your permission to use your recent dashcam clip in a compilation? Linked and credited. Thanks!
Yes.
@@brians6480 Thanks!
Hello Brian
Hi, Brian S can I feature this clip "Insane BMW driver, 12-25-2023." on my UA-cam channel? Credited of course (On-screen and link back).
Hello. Yes.
Thank you@@brians6480
Can you reach the button for the sidekicks in their low position with them mounted like that? I’d like to add them to my compass but it looks like a tight squeeze
The button in not easy to reach while seated.
did you have to replace the power supply yet?
bro congrats on your printer I'm subbing!
How did you mount the flag?
I used the expanding Hobie well nuts. Self sealing. 10-32 Rubber well nut. Flanged neoprene bushings with embedded brass threaded inserts. They allow you to blindly fasten acesories when there is no inside access.
Thank you for sharing. Are you able to paddle (not pedal) normally with the sidekicks deployed? Also what sail cleat are you using?
Yes, paddling is very easy.
@@brians6480 ty! What cleat is that for the sail? It can be mounted on the H-track? Thx again. Gonna set mine up to sail up like yours.
@@blopez468thGood morning. The cleat for the sail can be mounted to suit your needs, either left or right side, within easy reach.
Any issues mounting the sidekick bar? Did you have to shim the brackets where you mounted the ama bar since it is not level?
@@blopez468th no issues in mounting the sidekick bar. No shims we’re needed.
Sick rig! My 2020 compass is slate blue and I'm doing or have done many of the modifications you have on yours. Enjoy the boat of you still have it!
Nice mod. Question, you ever have issues getting the live well to actually pump water inside? I get it out on the water the pump turns on but no water gets pumped inside. I saw a video of one guy who primes his system with some hand pump
I've never had an issue with pump priming. But I did add a short extension to the pick up tube.
@@brians6480 I actually took brought my Livewell XL to the the dealer and they added a longer clear plastic pickup tube. He was able to get it working in a pool individually off the kayak. When i took it out on the kayak i cant get it to work. If 4-5 mph forward speed isnt enough, then maybe there is a vacuum leak in that pickup tube which doesnt allow the necessary suction force. The tube is held on by a zip tie to the male adapter. This whole thing doesnt seem like it should cost 500 dollars. It is solely designed for the Pro Angler. There shouldn’t be anything we have to modify for it to work.
It might help to add some water before getting in the kayak.
@@brians6480 i’ll try that next time
Very nice! Have you had any problems with the H rail handle you installed interfering with the rudder steering handle?
Exact question i have. Reaching under looks like a wrist issue
No issues for me with steering.
cool. Two more weeks for my compass to show up. I have carbon pro flag also and you are the first compass owner I've seen to mount one. Is that a yak attack mount? I want to put it in the same spot.
It’s the Yak Attack/Hobie version
Peddling while under sail helps with tracking, it's more effective then leaving the fins straight down.
Pardon my choice words for the sailing instructor blowing the whistle to his students to make a port tack right into my path. 🤪
