So pretty

❤❤
I’ve realized that you really have to micromanage workers
Oh wow!! Thank goodness you saved it. ❤
May I ask where you found such lovely jars for your herbs?
Most of my containers are at Hobby Lobby. I wait till they're 50% off. I make the labels by printing on paper and gluing with modge podge. I put two layers of glue to preserve the labels well. I like to put the common name and the binomial nomenclature of genus and species. One day I'd love to put on the back their medical uses and magical associations like what planet rules them.
Thank-you Rosa, I've grown it for years but never used it, I will harvest it this year and dry it for recommended use.❤
I’m so glad I think you’ll like it.
I found this very interesting, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’m so glad ❤
What a delightful kitchen! Love the copper cat mould
Our two kitties like it too!
Wow!!!!! An absolutely beautiful work of art. Stunning!!!
Thank you. We had a lot of fun creating it.

You're very welcome
If possible, please repost this video without the music. I couldn't hear your voice.
Beautiful 😍
Hi I live in England and hope to be in a cottage permanently in the next couple of years. Hope you had a lovely stay xxx
Were you in Avebury Wiltshire? We used to live in a cottage which was decorated in a similar style, we moved to a new house with higher ceilings snd double glazing several years ago. It is still in the countryside and we have the bonus of having wonderful views, but I do still miss my quirky cottage !
Yes we were in Avebury right next to the church
Would any one have a idea of where in us or outside us even you could find a drying rack like that one ? If so could you please type back here and let us know ty so much 🥰

Thank you Rosa and Maggie 😊
That, is THE worst case of Little Man Syndrome I've ever seen. Some pipsqueak SO mad at the world, that he didn't dare make it safe for anybody taller than himself. Hopefully that daft short-ass got gibbeted.
Who was the medieval moron that built that place?
Oh my goodness. Heaven itself.
People were smaller because the harnasses, metal suits, from knight were also pretty small. And the doors are low and people just were small. I advice you to open the windows time by time the get rid of the humidity. Air the house. It looks like my house but that is bigger and in the Ardennes, Belgium. Your interior gave me some nice ideas. Keep it up.
I was renting the house for a holiday
I have to educate you on the low ceilings, nothing to do with the people of the UK being smaller. It was to retain the heat.
Thanks makes perfect sense
Why do you think that the ceiling, doorways and beams are so low? Lovely cottage.
People were generally shorter in the past
It has nothing to do with people being shorter. The low ceilings kept the heat in. Hi from the UK.
I can understand you. I like the music. 😊
You are very sweet to say such a thing. It seems everybody keeps beating me up about the music but I can’t do anything about it without getting rid of the film altogether. So your comment helps
My small house feels like a mansion now after seeing how tiny that house is. It was very interesting to see, thanks for the tour.
Glad you liked it!
I love windy, steepy stairs! Haha. Great video folks. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you liked it
Now you know why they invented chamber pots.....lol
So wonderful. I absolutely love England. I’ve been there several times but have never stayed in a holiday let. You are so very lucky.
Renting my historical Cottages it’s just as an important part of my trip as visiting the wonderful places. You definitely need to try it
originally this have been an almshouse, housing for poor old people of the parish
Awesome information 💓
The marmalade jar represents the tycoon Alexander Keiler, an amateur archaeologist, who excavated and re-erected the Avebury stone circle. He bought and demolished the mediaeval cottages that had been built in the centre of the circle. The whole site was sold to the National Trust for £12,000 in 1943.
That is fascinating information. I had no idea about Keiler. Thank you so much for sharing. I wanted to buy an old marmalade jar but they're very expensive now.
Fun to watch, thanks
🙏 thank you I appreciate it
So nice to see our American cousins enjoying our heritage ,do come back ya hear 😉
I've visited seven times and counting!
To me in the past they were not too tall so that is why houses did not have high heights.
So true, on the whole people were shorter.
Unfortunately you are wrong.I am from the UK. The low ceilings were to retain the heat.
I apologize for the music being too loud. At this point I can't take it out or lower it as I would lose the whole film
It’s ok. I enjoyed this video very much!
When I think about the ages and all the folks who stood right where you are standing blows my mind. Very nice share! How I am reminded that you pay tax on the amount of foodage you take up. That includes animals....
I imagine the same things! So much history!
Good of you to let the butterfly out. It looked like a painted lady and they need to migrate to warmer climes
Trying to do my part💗
Just lovely! Thank you for sharing such a special place!
So glad you liked it
Fabulous detail! Wonderfully true to the period.
I like the misty and flowing feel of the composition. It complements the book very well.
Thank you soooo much. Your comment is very appreciated
