I’ve just realised that Mel B Emma and Mel C could easily handle the SG brand as a trio. I’ve always felt it was the Fab 5 until Spiceworld 2019 but with Ginger being ‘awkward’ now and Posh not around, those 3 could handle it.

My wife and her mum both worked for John Allen’s, my wife and her mum Mary altered wedding dresses Etc my wife worked at one stage on the dukes camel coat, that was before John Allen’s, at Dacks Tailors Shoreditch. We lived around the corner in Victoria Road, I have many memories of that location, once WH Smith and M & S went, Fore street was never the same, The pub was pulled down, the cinema became a supermarket and this once thriving part of upper Edmonton was no more. I don’t know whether Brentford Nylons, Pollocks or the old Green line coach station remains ? Please contact me if you wish.
