This is us sharing how we cook vegan/vegetarian meals in our kitchen.We also try to incorporate things from our small backyard garden.Our goal is to inspire persons to be intentional about eating a plant base diet and to grow some of what one eats.We are not professionals,but we have picked up a few things along the way and are still learning.Join us as we do so with God's help.Last but by no means least...we share our thoughts as we feel impressed to do.❤🙏🏽🥳😁🇯🇲
The easiest zucchini bread 🍞 recipe
1 1/2 cup flour of choice
2tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1tsp vanilla
2/3 cup coconut sugar
3 cup packed zucchini
Combine ingredients per video tutorial and bake at 350' for 45-50 MIN......enjoy

2 small eggplants approx.16 Oz of mozzarella cheese approx.8oz of parmesan cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk of choice (we used grassfed) full fat 2 cups italian bread crumbs 1/4 tsp of oregano,paprika and blackpepper 1 loaf of sourdough ...check to make sure your sourdough has no yeast....or support local bakery to guarantee true sourdough...just a little FYI .🤗 #eggplantparmesansanwich #italiancooki...
