Hello - I enjoyed watching your video. I purchased one recently and took it out to charge it before using it for the first time and noticed it had a terrible odor. Did you notice an odor when you first opened up the box and took the mask out?
Hi thanks for watching my video, anyway yes there was an odor. I thought it was the rubber they used. I let the odor go away first before I tried this on, it took a while.
@patriciabeauty Hi, thank you for the quick and honest response. I decided to reach out to Farad Beauty, and they said it is most likely coming from the cotton box in which the mask is stored. They also recommended airing it out for a few days, so will try that. Thanks again and have a Happy New Year!
