Esta atribución se basa en varias evidencias: el prólogo de Hechos menciona un "primer relato" dirigido a Teófilo, que coincide con el inicio del Evangelio de Lucas; el estilo y vocabulario de ambos libros son similares; y los pasajes en primera persona ("nosotros") en Hechos indican que el autor fue un compañero de Pablo, como Lucas, mencionado en Colosenses 4:14 y 2 Timoteo 4:11. Además, la tradición de la Iglesia primitiva, desde Irineo de Lyon hasta Eusebio de Cesarea, señala a Lucas como el autor. The law was given to Israel under the old covenant: It is true that the Mosaic law was specifically given to Israel in the context of the old covenant (Exodus 19:5-6). Paul acknowledges that Gentiles were not directly under this law (Romans 2:14). However, this does not negate the universal relevance of the moral principles contained within the law. 2. Jesus and the fulfillment of the law: Jesus himself said: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them" (Matthew 5:17). Christ fulfilled the requirements of the law through his perfect life and sacrifice. Therefore, under the new covenant, believers are no longer required to observe the ceremonial or judicial law, but they are called to live according to the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2). 3. The role of the law and sin: Paul explains that the law acted as a tutor to lead people to Christ: "So the law was our guardian until Christ came that we might be justified by faith" (Galatians 3:24). The law reveals sin, but it cannot save. In this sense, those who are in Christ are freed from the curse of the law: "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us" (Galatians 3:13). 4. "Sin is dead apart from the law": You quote Paul saying: "For apart from the law, sin is dead" (Romans 7:8). Paul meant that the law reveals sin, but where there is no law, sin cannot be counted against someone (Romans 5:13). However, this doesn’t mean humans are without responsibility. All are guilty before God because of sin, whether the Mosaic law is in effect or not (Romans 3:23). 5. Salvation apart from the law: The Good News is that the righteousness of God is revealed apart from the law, through faith in Jesus Christ. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe" (Romans 3:21-22). Therefore, we are not under the system of works of the law to be saved, but under grace (Ephesians 2:8-9). In conclusion, while we are no longer under the Mosaic law, it remains an important testimony to God’s character and our need for a Savior. In Jesus Christ, we find redemption and new life, freed from the condemnation of the law and living in grace.

Your conclusion assumes that you were under the law at some point. You were not. Were you ever part of the old covenant of law that Moses mediated? Again.. No one alive today was ever under the works if the law and no one alive today has been redeemed from the curse of the law. Facts do matter...even in religion. PS the "gentiles (ethnos) being redeemed in the new testament were scattered uncircumcised northern kingdom Israelites.
