Welcome to my channel, I am an emergency service photo/videographer based in the county of Devon, I only really go out to significant incidents or planned events. The current camera I use is the Canon Legria HF R806. I don't upload a lot at the moment just due to myself not having enough time.

The footage isn't the greatest since i only had a photography camera with me, I got what I could but mostly photos of the incident. Fire control received 47 calls to reports of a boat on fire in Torquay Marina. Control immediately mobilised three fire engines which came from Torquay x 2 and Paignton. This video I got the opportunity to go to a drill night at Danes Castle Fire Station in Exeter. Crews got to work and completed the drill efficiently. Regular and weekly training is important to firefighters as they need to stay familiarised with using equipment and prepare for the real thing.

Thank you for such an amazing year, This is now my 3rd year being a spotter and the content has improved so much over time. This year I caught some amazing stuff and surprisingly I've somehow still not broken my camcorder (canon legria R806). There will be a list of timestamps down below. I remember the old Greenbank fire station from the 1960's which was located further down the road
My brother lived in Plymouth after leaving the army in 1983. One Easter I went down to visit him when I was 13. He knew I liked my fire engines at the time..... Annie, a very sexy female friend of his offered to take me up to the old Greenbank station one sunny afternoon. Well as you can imagine, I was over the moon. But my brother and his mates laughed that there was no way we'd be allowed in, so Annie, bless her (she died far too young), donned her tightest of vest tops and shorts for the visit. Needless to say, the more than helpful firefighters of Green Watch almost fought each other to pander to my every whim. I saw the whole of the station, met all of the boys, and even got to ride shotgun in their shiny RS (with red lockers) around the station yard on the bell! Happy days... Happy days indeed.......

@@EnidAgnusDei well no... because, in general, water carriers don't have a pump powerful enough to pump out a flood. And they'd have to empty their tank first. I may well be wrong but I've never heard of a water carrier attending a flood. Ever.
