After a time away, I am back to talk about what I've been doing and how my health has been. Not a very exciting video. I guess I am boring!

On this episode of Jason on Mental Health, I give an update on my health and the reason I have been absent from posting regularly on LinkedIn. I talk about my businesses, mental health, and lifestyle changes I have made over the past few weeks.

I know it's #mentalhealthawarenessmonth but I have been awesomely busy. I thought I would make up for it with this little video. Remember, people are fighting battles you know nothing about. Be nice!

I started the day feeling bad with a different attitude than I ended it. I had an epiphany about my own mental illness. Do you agree or disagree?

My first video of #mentalhealthawarenessmonth and I have been off my medication for 5 days. Withdrawals are making so I don't make much sense. I try to talk about being productive.

Somewhere around day 19 of #30daysofRecovery, I hit one of the worst lows I've had in a long time. This video got a lot of exposure and comments, both good and bad, as people really seemed to connect with me at the point on LinkedIn.
