RIP James Earl Jones... the legend of Verizon.
What happened to a boy named Otter
Why did Little orphan otter change to Annie?
Who was the announcer?
I think the seasoning made it good, I tried to buy a qp and make it big extra style... it never tasted the same. Stoped going there because they are more like a luxury restraunt nowadays. Like buying cigarettes
Memories😊
The animation of the instruments does not match with the fast music.

That trumpet being so shrill always got me as a kid. You can really tell that it’s the prominent part.
In case you wanted to know, the guy with the glasses is Dale Ishimoto, and that yellow 240Z belonged to the father of the Z himself, Mr. Yutaka Katayama!
They need to bring this back...
Maybe, other version of FOX News teaser promo also distributed to other tv providers (including DirecTV)

November of 1999 twenty-five years ago
ABC's TGIF block (1989-2000) began to die in the fall of 1997: stemming from a combination of aging sitcoms like Family Matters and Step by Step moving to CBS (who started - and ended - their own family-friendly Friday night sitcom line-up in 1997-98 called "The Block Party"), the oversaturation of supernatural/magic type shows (Sabrina the Teenage Witch and new series You Wish and Teen Angel, the latter of which both lasted only one season), the failure of Two of a Kind (which was the last sitcom produced by the previously reliable Miller-Boyett group) starring the Olsen twins the following year. Ultimately, the ending of Boy Meets World after seven seasons and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch moving to The WB after the 1999-2000 season. ABC would bring back the TGIF brand for the 2003-05 & 2018-19 seasons, but it never met the same success it had before.
0:11 ...Aaaand the episode tone jumps jarringly at the halfway point making this a WEIRD hook for a very special episode.
I remember this I was only 8yrs old,the food was very delicious back then.
ABC's TGIF lineup for Friday November 8, 1996. 8pm - Family Matters (new episode: Home Again) 8:30pm - Boy Meets World (new episode: Dangerous Secret) 9pm - Sabrina (new episode: Third Aunt from the Sun) 9:30pm - Clueless (new episode: Kiss Me Kip) 10pm - 20/20

RIP this Disney. 🥺
Had no idea the Big Xtra was sold in the US. I had thought the Big Xtra was sold in Canada while the US got the Big n Tasty.
In the US, Big Xtra was sold in Specific Regions. The West,Gulf Coast had Big Xtra, The Midwest and East Coast had Big N' Tasty. I lived in Federal Way/Seattle in '99 and worked for McDonalds during that Spring and Summer. We had Big Xtra.
I've been singing curiosity meow. Everytime I saw a cat. I'm 64 years old now and I'm sure this is where I got it from.

Does anyone else remember the original introduction to this Cinderella when it premiered? There was a man who was on set in the pumpkin carriage in front of the stepmothers house and he spoke about the history of Cinderella and how the story has been told in different variations through all cultures throughout history. They showed photos of moccasin shoes when talking about the Native American version. I’ve been trying to find this intro for probably 15 years 🙃 Does anyone else know where to find it or who the narrator was?
The presenter was Michael Eisner, then-head of the Walt Disney Company. I have that intro on a tape somewhere but I don’t think I’ve digitized it yet. I can check and see.
I love the doughboy
At the airing of this commercial, K-Mart was the largest gun retailer in the country.
