No one is talking about Tubi for black film makers and I can self distribution and get a 80/20 cut and do my own marking on UA-cam and ig and fb! There are no more gate keeps like the old days and I wish Roger could have seen what I am doing! I learned to much acting on his sets

Plenty of unknown writers have been produced through screenplay contests like Page Awards, etc. Snow White and the Huntsmen was by an unknown and he went on to have a fantastic writing career. So I do not believe you cannot break in.
