I had a 76 , I was a mid pack rider, got my 76 and won my first moto. Other than the original YZ 250 this is the closest the factory let us mortals get near it.
I was a Yamaha rider from 72' to 80' then tried CRs and KXs. 85' and 88' were the only 2 RM250s I owned.

I had a 77. It had oil induction through the frame but mine was disconnected. Had to mix the oil with the gas. I also had a1984 lcmx 250. Both were fun bikes

The best looking rm 250 2 stroker I have ever seen when these first came out I wanted to own one of these fabulous beasts they were gem to own and ride their performance and handling a head of its time
