Caramelized onion sauce recipe: 3 large Yellow onions 2 whole garlic bulb Italian seasoning Smoked paprika Lemon juice Sun dried tomatoes with oil Salt & pepper 1 Full fat canned coconut milk 8oz chopped Spinach Cooked on 375 for 1 hr with foil on top This recipe feed 7. 3 adults & 4 children. 1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Slice onions & place in baking pan 3. Add the Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, & pepper 4. Add in the julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes & it’s oil. Give everything a nice stir 5. Cut the top of the garlic off & add to baking pan. 6. Cover baking pan with foil & let it cook for about 1 hour. 7. Once it’s done add in the coconut milk & lemon juice. Give it a good stir. 8. Add your greens like chopped spinach & parsley. Mix it all together. 9. Now the sauce is complete. Add it to your desired noodles like bowtie or fettuccine & serve 🥰
