Watching 4 hours before exam🤣 Thnku sir u explain very good keep it up🎉❤
Hi Jaswant from ece foc subject exam undhi Monday
Notes pdf bhi upload kr deni chaiye thi apko
I love this dialect. 😀
What is k
K - Wave Vector
where is the other videos ??
excellent
One cool thing you can use regular avalnche protector diodes for is detecting nuclear radioation when biased near their avalanche threashold voltage when used with a tiny capacitor and a resistor. ❤

you are amazing teacher 🩷🩷 baraka allaho fik 🥰
Thank you.
Bhai aap Hindi mein explain kar do na please
cathode is negative terminal right? but you wrote it as positive
Watch it again, I said cathode is *connected* to positive terminal. I didn't said cathode is a positive terminal.
So the cathode and anode u are mentioned is n , p terminals right??
Exactly
Sir ye radiative or non radiative transition h na
Yes
Sir can u provide full theory
Bro Make More videos on Applied Physics
Nice explanation bro
hindi
Optical fibre transmitter and receiver
Thanks
NOTES??
Direct band gap me e ke space me k hoga or k ke space me e😂😅😅
No. We consider on X-axis as K and on Y-axis as E 🙂.
hi sir im ganesh , your class cr very good video
Thank you. All the best.
IS PIN diode and PIN photo diode both are same ? Are not ?
Yes,both are same.
Really Super explanation Brother ❤😊
Thank you.

This is called as Crystal Clear Explanation....👏👏👏
Thank you.
Sirr
Sir make more on physics
very good explanation sir thank you...
Thank you. All the best.

What is the value of Non Radiative recombination rate (InN, GaN,AlN).

Super broo 💘
Sir, u said, when light falls on pin diode electrons will generate, but where light or photons will fall? On P region or n Region or Intrensic region? Bcz in pin diode light or photons will fall first on p and layer. Can u please elaborate little
If light of sufficient energy falls (or) reaches the Intrinsic region then due to the interaction between photons and atoms (semiconductor) electrons are generated.
@@marepallypradeepkumar5537 so it means, photons falls on pn layer and then it reaches the Intrensic region and then it interacts with atomes present in the intrensic region? And then electrons generates? But first it will fall on pn layer so that time what will happen?
@@behealthybefit681 The probability of electron generation is very low in P&N region. So,to increase the number of electrons an intrinsic layer is inserted between P & N regions.
@@marepallypradeepkumar5537 Thanku sir,
@@behealthybefit681 All the best.
Please more Pranjal!
Dear Pranjal thank you so much for this wonderful video!
Ur the best sir
Best explanation ever
Thank you. All the best.
super explaination sir it is helping for my exms
Thank you. All the best.
Hello sir could you explain photo diode also
Bro same Naa name kuda marepally Pradeep Kumar ae 😍
😀
Nice and clear explanation sir thank you for the video
Thank you. All the best.
You gave the best explanation sir 👏...1st tym I m commenting in the UA-cam video regarding to the subjects 🙂
Thank you. All the best.
superb explanation sir no words to describe your teaching skills excellent
Thank you. All the best.
Outstanding 🥳 I made my notes by my own 😊 thankyou sir blessed to watch ur videos .... Feeling very sad that their are no more videos for us 🥺
Thank you. All the best.
can you please explain why reverse bias is needed? can you use no bias?
To increase the availability of area in Intrinsic region for capturing light, which generates more number of electrons and holes & this happens only in Reverse bias.
anod is the +ve terminal. cathod is negative terminal , but you have written it opposite and connected the circuit 2:54
PIN Diode should be connected in Reverse bias.
@@marepallypradeepkumar5537 thankyou sir
sir pdf's am ina undha
