This was helpful! I am about to do this program and I was dreading the grocery haul. This is a lot more than I would normally purchase, but I am glad that I have a better idea now and wont be shocked. I am prepping this week by taking out all the sugar and processed food before I start at the end of the month.

Oh good question! I always like to think of the interview process when deciding... Being in the middle allows the judges to warm up in their interviewing yet not be exhausted. I'd go for the middle of the line up.. or at least contestant number 3 ;) Good luck!

Wait a minute so you don’t shower everyday?
hahaha i hate showers... mostly because I hate having to do my hair. Growing up, we had to conserve water because of our living situation so I got used to the every-other-day shower schedule ;)
I wish you had a video on how to put your crown (specifically an adjustable crown) on so you dont feel like it is going to fall off.

Have you calculated your caloric intake? Resistance training is recommended but making sure you are getting the right amount of macros and calories are key. There are free online macro and calorie calculators if you haven't yet! Good luck <3

Can you do something like this for fine hair with a halo extension in place???
I think the process is the same, you just part your hair and insert your extensions before doing your final spray.
I was thinking this video was gonna be someone with fine hair but that girls hair is not fine. The first girl talking with dark hair has finer looking hair. I just need a tutorial on covering a halo with fine hair and styling it for pageant

I compete in the Miss New York Outstanding Teen and I usually have to start doing my hair a few hours before I leave to go meet u with my E.D. to get ready for my interview. By the end of my interview my curls are already gone so I have to do my hair directly after. So I just throw my hair up in curlers until about 20 minutes before the opening number.
