Great house except that it’s in the worst state with the worst government in US history, Dumbfuckistan. Making it utterly worthless. Try and sell it and the Communist government there demands by tyrannical law 5% of what you get for your home. Which in this case is almost a million dollars. Hard pass.
A person who can afford this would probably write a check for cool $ 20 millions and say : Keep the change.
