My belief is to filet a fish that I'm familiar with...as in I've done it before. My experience is only involving fresh water fish; ocean fish I would consider it well worth paying the "extra service" fee.

I experienced this when in Bayawan. Bought some Mahi Mahi and the lady did an excellent job of cleaning and fileting. No meat left on bones. I definitely received my monies worth.

Every color looks awesome on you. Probably my least favorite would be the grey top. Fuchsia looks amazing along with yellow and white. As far as your lips, the light pink sets off your always present beautiful smile. Your skin tone and smile makes you one of the most naturally beautiful women that is hard to come by.
