When searching for apartments, most landlords ask for a shufa record. What is the correct thing? Is the shufa should not reveals to others or not?

Stop buying their brands and use the money you have earned to do some import and export business. Then help your fellow brown people. Grow. We need to be in some foreign countries just to do business and make money, if they can’t respect us, we have to let them go and find better countries. India has shared so much with Germany, we were the inventors of the no.1 how much we as Indians has shared with the European world through our ancient history and knowledge etc. only people we didn’t have a patent system during those times otherwise for every invention, idea and knowledge shared, we should have earned zillions in royalties.

Can i go after 12th
For studies? Yes. But not on a job seeker visa
@expatova I also have 2 year iti Diploma
Heii is there any course that help me to become a Teacher in Germany coz I have Masters ans Bachelors Degree in English literature and 1year experience at college but i wanted to work at school
I am not an expert in this area. but, imo your degrees are a good start! To teach in Germany, you need either a teaching qualification from Germany, or recognition of your foreign degrees - this is a must. I know some universities offer courses for foreign teachers. I recommend, starting with deciding which German state you want to work, and then look for universities in those states, and see the courses they are offering.

Hi , I have 9+ years of experience as an Early Years Teacher in an International school in India . I am an IB Certified teacher with Bachelor's of Science (Biotechnology, microbiology and chemistry) and Diploma in Teacher Training along with various technolgy and education based workshops certifications. Will that be enough to qualify as an IB teacher in Germany school?
To teach in Germany, you need official approval for your qualifications (Anerkennung). Private IB schools have their own rules, so it's good to check with them. Good luck!
Germany is not racist. They discriminate against all races equally 😂
Interesting perspective!
Hello Hari, This is Neeha this side i have 3+ years of experience in IT industry and currently my opportunity card is in process. I want to know can i apply for jobs from india to Germany mean time if yes, can you guide me how to find job from india.
Yes you can. It as easy as I mentioned in the video. Go to the portals, find the opportunities you like, start applying. In the cover letter, don't forget to mention about your opportunity card's status.
Hi. Is the appointment and interview two different things? And during the interview, isn't it necessary to have the blocked account ready by then?
Hey, It is the same. And the interview is not really the 'interview'. They ask you a couple of questions, like the purpose of visit, the collage you plan to study, how are you going to back your financials, etc. I think by then you must have your blocked account ready.
Thank You very much for confirming . I have two more questions. Can student visa be considered as Residence Permit ?? Please clarify. Also my husband will be taking up a part time job in May since he is still a student, is that sufficient or is it mandate to have a blocked account
@shrutisekhar8863 well, technically, student visa grands you the permit to reside in Germany. So it is a residence permit. Now for the second question, for all students, it is mandatory to have blocked account regardless of whether they are taking part time job later or not.
My husband is student i will be going on dependant visa . So wanted to know if his job would prevent me from having a blocked account
@shrutisekhar8863 why do you need a blocked account if you are on a dependent visa? Blocked accounts are only needed for job seeker visa / student visa / opportunity card.
U Indians doing castism, colorism all stuffs in ur own country and complaining others.

is it okay if i download youtube video in gallery without premium???
Please refer to the UA-cam content policies.
I have a bachelor's in English studies, a TESOL certificate, and 3 years experience. Would that be enough to get me a work visa in Germany?
imo from what you mentioned, you do meet the basic qualifications for teaching jobs in Germany, especially for private language schools or international schools. But, getting a work visa depends on whether an employer is willing to hire you. I’d recommend looking into teaching opportunities at language schools or places offering English programs. Make sure to highlight your experience when applying. Good luck!

HI Hari, your vlog is really informative. I am Karthik, come here on Chancekarte visa in Dec 2024 to Frankfurt City. I am a account professional with 7 years experience looking for Part time/ full time and mainly Permanent job. I do not know German, started learning now, will take time though. Need your advice how to get secured job. I have my europass cv and cover letter still unable to find. Need your advice buddy
Hey Karthik, thanks for your kind words! I am sure you are doing everything possible already. In case you missed, check arbeitsagentür. I see that there are almost 3000 vacancies listed. Leverage your 'ready to join immediately' status. Good luck man!
A1 Certificate is required?
Yeah. But whether to consider it or not depends on the consulate.
@expatova can i write A1 exam online at home??or i should to go center?I'm confused no one helping me on that topic 🤔
@ I don't think you can do A1 exam at home, as it has different types of tests like reading, writing, listening, and speaking. You need to contact an exam center. Goethe Institute for example. Or you could try Lingoda. They provide both learning and certification. That helps? 😉
@expatova okay thanks!!, I hope it's work
Yes it’s very expensive but not 4500€. Your wife couldn’t pass the exams or were very slow learner. Me and two of friends got our licences below 2400€ starting from literally scratch
You are absolutely right. There are slow learners who take more time and pay a lot. For example I spent around 1200€ for converting my driving license while someone I know spent over 6000€ for the same & took more than 30 driving lessons. Thing is the failure rate is way higher nowadays. In 2023 it was 32%! Thats a lot.

Bhai Germany ka divorce india me zero hai
hmm.. questionable bro. You can get divorce in Germany, even if you are not german citizens. You only need to meet certain criteria. Now, this divorce will not be automatically recognized in India. You need to get the divorce decree authenticated with an Apostille from Germany, and get it recognized in India via your attorney in India. He needs to file a petition in the family court. Take it from me, this process is smoother than getting a divorce in India
Thanx
Or ask your local tax office if your future landlord is having licence and paying taxes 🤣
😂 that's one way to do it! But imagine the tax office getting calls about landlords instead of taxes, pure chaos! Maybe we'll just stick to spotting red flags in ads for now!
For police you have to call 110
You are absolutely right. If you need Police, you call 110 directly. Though I mean, when your emergency situation requires support from the Police, then 112 will coordinate with the local police, and arrange help-
I am earning 80K inr in india per month. Is it worth doing master in germany in IT field? What are your thoughts on it
I can't give you a straight forward answer bro. What I'd say is doing a masters in Germany is a good option if you want global exposure. It depends on your goals imo. If you're looking for a career abroad, it could be worth it I think. But also think about the costs and if it's the right step for your future plans. Also 80K PM is not a bad deal in India. But, also depends on your experience and market.
@@expatova I'm trying to find balance in life between finances, quality of life, and my responsibilities toward my parents. I feel like I'll regret it if I don't go, but I might also regret it if I do.
Hmm.. Each person's situaion and requirements are different. From the points your mentioned I'll tell you what I feel like compared to my situation. Finances, I am happy with what I earn. But, when I compare my friends earnings in India in the similar fields, I don't see a singnificant difference. I'd give 10/10 for the quality of life. Even though my socual security contributions are way higher, I am quite happy with what I get in return. To the last point, I am bit sad that I can't visit them often. Kerala is around 12 hrs flying from here, and the cost for the flight would be around 3500€+ for my family (3 people), and I only see this increasing year by year. Hope you get an idea.
What if a person downloaded a book on toaz?
Then that person downloads a book! As easy as it is. Nah, fun’s apart, there are many legal ways how you could buy books in Germany. Can you imagine getting a legal notice for downloading a simple book from a shady website that would’ve costed you just a couple of bucks otherwise? So, let’s find legal and normal ways to get things done. 👍
this is because of bias against women that's why
That's quite a controversial statement, imo. The gender pay gap is everywhere, but it's reassuring to see that Germany ranks much lower on the list of countries with significant gaps.
You can get a dog sized grave for your cremated remains on the cheap but it's limited to a few years until another one takes your place. Your best bet is to declare yourself Muslim and get a 140 year guaranteed tombstone and grave on the cheap in Bosnia Hercegovina, also skip the cremation altogether. They respect their dead.
isnt there a big prefence for white skin in india with the movie industry and marketing hiring these people ...?
I'd say the film makers choose the best cast for their characters.
Huh? Just get a new one
🤣🤣 not so cheap in Germany!
with all the new "facharbeiter" in our land... ure chances someone found it and reported it are zero ... germany has finished....
While it’s easy to feel pessimistic, there are still many honest people in Germany who report lost items. Stay hopeful and focus on the positive 🤞🏽
Please also ask at the nearest police station or federal police station to the possible place of loss. In Germany, the Federal Police is responsible for railway stations and airports. By the way: large public festivals or events often also have their own lost property office.
Great tip. 👍
If the item found is of value, the finder is legally entitled to a finder's fee. The finder's fee is 5 per cent of the value of the find if it is worth up to 500 euros. For monetary finds, it is 3 per cent from a value of 50 euros. If the material or monetary value exceeds 500 euros, the finder's reward is 3 per cent of the added value, i.e. the amount above this.
Also note that this has to be paid by the person who lost the item when collecting it, and I think (not very sure) the person who lost the item must pay the fee even if the person who found it did not want to claim it.
Bro if someone lives in India and he used German vpn is that an issue if he want to travel they track him or the the law for the Germans only
Hey I don’t think so. But a general comment, compared to other countries like the US or Singapore for example, Germany has the slowest internet speeds. So using VPN via Germany is probably not a smart idea.
@ no I meant if the Person living currently in India and download from India through German vpn . Will he face any consequences if he went to Germany for living later ? I meqn will they apply German law on Indian citizen just because of vpn . Plz reply me
@ nope. It’s okay as far as I know.
@@expatova okay, thanks
To be honest with you, even Indians are discriminated in India with respect to their religion and caste. The fact is , you will always face cases of discrimination, wherever you go
imo, as long as every person in this world thinks the same way, there will always be some kind of discrimination.
In Belgium there are no laws yet. We are very slow with law making. But the conversation is happening among parents. And it is a trend to share more carefully
You know, when our son was born we decided that we wont post his photos online, and if we do, we make sure not to show his face. It wasn't because of the law. Once he turns to an age when he can understand what is social media, the goods and bads of it, let him choose.
In India, privacy? What’s that? Kids become public figures before they can walk-parents post ultrasound pics as the teaser and open Instagram accounts before they even get teeth!
True that!
Hiii I wanted to ask is germany save for girls? Like I've heard many people saying it ain't safe I would love to come there as an accountant mainly in dusseldorf area
Unfortunately you are then talking to the wrong people. I am permanently living here for 9 years now, and have been visiting Germany since 2012 every year. Never noticed any such issues.
@expatova that sounds soo good the I feel I made the right choice 🫶 love your videos stumbled to your account just 3 weeks before no jinx would move there soon And please keep posting hehe I would to know more about the country
@@expatova also can you make videos on learning german living out of Germany like I'm in india currently using duolingo
@@Flower__123-m3o When I learned english as a kid, I used to listen/translate english lyrics of popular songs. I think it is an additional and fun way to get a feeling for the "melody" of the language 🙂
@anjafark Omg that's a good way I'll try that once i get familiar with words xo
Best comeback for racism: hey didnt you guys lose a world war not once but twice💀
I get the fun. But, I think rather than poking the inner feelings, let’s be sensible and give a mature reply. That’s how I won both of those instances I mentioned in the video.
Many other countries already do this. In fact, public healthcare is the norm in Western countries, and the fact that the US doesn't have it is quite strange. Healthcare IS a human right, and any government that doesnt provide it to their citizens is morally corrupt
True. Germany is not the only country with such a supportive system. It was quite informative to me, as I am not used to this. Plus, I know this must be new to many other people who have recently come here or want to come here.
@expatova I'm from Canada, and for my American friends, it's cheaper to come here and pay to get treatment as a foreigner than it is to get treatment in their own country, including the cost of a flight here and back. It makes me sad that there are more places like that who don't take care of their people. 73 out of 195 countries have universal healthcare, which makes up 69% of the world population. The US is the only developed country that doesn't, in fact. If you are a citizen of a country that doesn't have it, and it is safe for you to do so, you should try to fight for that right so that everyone can have that same access
@@FullMetalAlphonse you are absolutely right
😮
Dear I'll go germany with my 2 years old baby ,can I get those benefits too ?
Hey 👋🏻, yes. It doesn't matter if you are here for long, or a new comer. You get all the benefits. Kindergeld, Familiengeld (until the child turns 3 years), etc.
Thank you man for this useful information but may i ask what are the most cultural shocks in germany thx
The funeral thing itself was a cultural shock bro! Otherwise, how the children are treated here for eg. Education system, etc. There are many things that are different from where I am coming from. Imo, both positive and negative. Do you have any experiences?
I want to come Germany
That’s great to hear! Check out my videos for tips on moving to Germany. I am currently running a series of 10 videos that help you move to Germany. Do check and let me know if you have any specific questions!
Hi ...I live in Austria can I download movies .?? Pls do reply
In Austria, you might get strudel instead of a fine 🍰... but seriously, downloading movies illegally is a no go in most countries, including Austria. Better stick to streaming services. safer and tastier for your conscience!
Good info bro...
Glad you liked it bro
Is applying directly from India for jobs better or after coming there with chancenkarte?
imo, both makes sense. If you start applying even before coming here, you'd get an idea about how the application process works, what are your chances, in case if you have to change something in your resume, etc. If you wait till you are here, you take advantage of already being in the country, ready to join immediately, etc. You need to figureout which way works well for you.
64000 before or after taxes?
64.000€ before taxes (gross)annually means, would be around 3.292€ NET per month. That being in Tax class 1, no church tax, and having statutory insurance. imo, this is a very good salary for a single person in Germany. For calculation try www.brutto-netto-rechner.info/index.php
Indians care so much about racism in other countries while practice caste system in their home country. Funny
I have experience letters from previous companies but no offer letter. Will this work?
I think You can. experience letters are valid proof even without a job offer. Make sure your degree is recognized in Germany, show proof of financial means (€947/month in a blocked account), and have a German health insurance.Check www.make-it-in-germany.com/en/visa-residence/types/job-search-opportunity-card for more
hate to say this: the words in Cover Letter are german, but the name and the face aren't looking german at all... 🥺
Does it have to be?
