@@jetset808 This is a great amp. On the changing tube front i need to explain something, all 12ax7 sounds the same, if you want a real change you need to go to a 12au7. Tubes are amplification factor. the 12ax7 's being 100 and the 12au7 only 19.5. So you will get a lot less gain with 12au7. If you really want to change the tone in a very significative way you need to change the speaker in the cab. A reverb in the loop is a great way to make this amp sound wider. You can also use a digital delay at a low setting. This amp is really loud for 20 watt it might be too loud for your needs, try before you buy.

All my gear demos are short. Otherwise you forget the previous sound. I have a switch on the guitar for the coil to split. It still sound a bit fatter than the Tex-Mex in my other guitar.

I did not had any hiss. The previous owner had a WGS speaker in it, but it had a fried coil, so i reverted to a brand new 10-30

It looks worst that it really his. I use that guitar on 80-90% of my songs. It always deliver.

Los pickups medio y puente en humbucker, se ven desde 0:29 hasta 0:33. Los pickups medio y puente en split coil se ven desde 0:34 hasta 0:38. El pickup del puente en split coil se ven desde 0:43 hasta 0:47. No sé qué es lo que ves a partir de 0:47.

Check if the noise is not coming from your pedal or amp. I would go that way before checking the Godin humbucker. If the series link wire is badly connected, your humbucker may hum. Check if both coil are active by gently tapping a screwbriver on each row of polepiece. If you get sound on each row. Your humbucker is working as intended. I will link video explanations

Absolutely! The Dimarzio DP100, and the Gibson 57 Classic Plus are two of my all time favs!

The unbranded speaker is in fact a blue marvel. They just don't care slapping a sticker on it, since it's a closed back. If my memory is correct there is a little white sticker or white text on the speaker with the product code. My setup have changed now i have a Dark Terror with an Orange PPC 112 cab. But i am not a big fan of the V30. I prefer the 70-80 in my other cab. The governor i used to have it, but it was not exactly what i like. Peavey wise the shefield 1230 sounds better than the blue marvel for me.

@@picpouille thanks for letting me know that.i also have a Blackstar HT5 Metal mini stack.I don't care for the speakers in the cabinets so I believe I'll order another Blue Marvel speaker then and put those in the cabinets.

If you like the tone go for it. Me, i like 70-80 from Celestion and so is my cousin. We like those because they are more versatile, than speaker that are more popular. The peavey Blue Marvel and Sheffield are very adaptable. Great speakers for the price The old peavey Scorpion is cool but a bit dark.

​@@picpouille there are different Blue Marvels. The original is a 75 watt speaker made by Eminence as a near copy of their Black Powder speaker. It was used from the late 80's through early 2000's, notably in the Bravo, Prowler, Classic 30/50, and Studio Pro combos. The latter Blue Marvel is what is in your cabinet - a 40 watt Chinese-made speaker used in the current Bandit, original Vypyr, and ValveKing MH 112 extension cabinet. Very different tones.

I know about the staggered tuner not the best with tilted headstock. Tuning stability is better. But i need to recut the nut so the string do not bind as much

Usually i mix up my positions / Standard / Philly / Peak-a-Boo / Thai, and long guard. I am still surprise by the amount of emphasis, is put on my technique. I was just showing how to put a noodle to practice. I was not trying to show off, or demonstrating how to bob and weave. If so i would have called the video (how to weave)

Yes it can be set up like a regular Strat trem with pull up and down. I think it is set that way in this video. Presently it is down only like on the EVH guitars. Note that this is a bit stiffer than a regular trem. But it is great. Better results if you have locking tuners and a graphite nut to go with it. Also a straight string headstock is better with it. And last fender bullet ended string for the best results.

Depends on the gig. The clean is very weak, Distortion is much louder.

We have sparring every friday night and i am the only one in my age bracket. I mean i am 20 years older than the next in line, and average 30 years older than the rest. On top i do Karaté sparring before Boxing sparring.😀

Well not all plugs are the same. The lug that goes to the tip is hot. The lug that goes to the sleeve is ground.

guit ME-30 - Sans Amp. The sans amp GT2 replace the real amp it is an analog amp simulator. Sound really nice a classic. The ME-30 got its own amp emulator for direct recording but it is really bad.
