Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) has a mandate to deliver over $15 billion in major infrastructure on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure. TI Corp also provides services to the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport (TACS) to support the Collections and Research Building Project.
TI Corp is currently delivering the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, the Broadway Subway Project, the Kicking Horse Canyon Project - Phase 4, the Fraser River Tunnel Project and the Steveston Interchange Project (components of the Highway 99 Tunnel Program), and the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain Project.

Construction Milestone: Roof Structure Complete
The end of 2024 marked an exciting milestone for the collections and research building project: completion of the building structure. It took the Design-Builder, Maple Reinders, less than one year from when they received the building permit from the City of Colwood to reach this important milestone with placement of the final roof panel.
