What a shame, all the estate do not have a functional managing company, the house prices are competing with the ones in Lagos, however they do not meet the maintenence standard as of those in Lagos. I was thinking of buying a house in owerri but I changed my mind due to poor maintenance of these estate, I wonder if they have a company responsible for this, take a look at the Brent court estate, the swimming pool can make you sick, tennis court in shambles, sickening. Buying in Lagos until I see estate maintenance being done to meet the standard obtainable in places like Lagos. Thank you Justin for the video anyways
@@canicechukwudi3265 The swimming pool and tennis court in Bethel court estate are still under construction, The estate itself is still undergoing massive development, you don't expect the development of colossal structures, projects and infrastructures that require extensive resources, planning and technical expertise to be completed over night. It must pass through the stage it is now to get to the finest. Those estate in Lagos were not constructed over night, they passed through the same stage as well. Apart from Bethel court estate, Udenwa estate is fully developed and well managed, unless you can't afford the value of properties in Udenwa Estate. Then you go for affordable ones like Bethel Court Estate which is not fully developed yet, still undergoing construction at the moment. That's why I showed 4 different estates fully developed ones which are highly valued and affordable ones which are still undergoing construction so that you can make your choice. If you wish to buy a house in Lagos, it is your choice Sir. Thanks for commenting, I appreciate.

Royal garden has potential but the roads are very poor making it overpriced
Like I said in the video, Udenwa Estate has no good roads and drainage before but today the roads in Udenwa Estate are all tarred with functional drainage system and the value of land and houses appreciated more. Serious discussion is ongoing for the drainage system and roads in Royal Garden Estate. It's a sure deal that the roads will be tarred sometime because there can not be such classic/Luxurious houses in such estate without tarred roads and drainage system. At this level of Royal Garden Estate, waiting for the roads to be tarred before someone will acquire is like waiting for the double of the current value to acquire in future.

Udenwa has modern buildings o. Just that it started before Royal Garden with the type of structures then. Royal Garden started with the modern structures now. Alot of people acquired those old structures in Udenwa Estate, demolish and build modern houses. May be I will make out time and make a more clearer tour in Udenwa Estate so you can see. No you can't register it at Imo Housing Corporation because it's not managed by Imo Housing Corporation. You have to wait till ministry of lands reopens so you can register it at the ministry of lands ok.

There are some areas that are government acquisition while there are some areas that are free from government acquisition. That is why you have to go for a personal chart before you acquire a land property. Unique Homes estate is not in government acquisition area. It is free from government interest. It is about 6 mins drive from Zion permanent site. 6 mins drive is alot.
