Our company has the electric 700 and the plug in cable doesn’t retrac good in the winter. How can this be fixed? It works fine in the summer months

My onward club car enclosure keeps sliding off the tracks. We can't make nine holes without it sliding off.

I've just acquired a cart (Cushman 2+2) which uses 8V-GEL batteries. They look similar but the four caps say do not remove and underneath have what appears to be metal plates with hexagon shaped indents, not openings to water tanks. Is this because they are possibly lithium as opposed to lead acid? I can't find anything about these, I appreciate any help.

Folding the canvas up/over the clear vinyl is not optional, in my opinion. It should be taught and included in any instruction materials. The simple step of folding the canvas so that it covers the clear vinyl, places a layer of canvas between each roll of clear vinyl and prevents vinyl from contacting itself when stowed. As long as the canvas is clean, it acts as a (relatively) soft barrier that prevents scuffing and chafing, preserving the optical clarity. The other important note: ONLY use soap and water on the clear vinyl and clear Lexan, polycarbonate, acrylic etc. wind screens. First, flush with running water while rubbing the palm of your hand (with absolute minimum pressure) over the surface... You will feel any contaminants or abrasive particles & dirt - continue flushing and wiping until it feels smooth. Only move up and down, never side to side or in circles. Pilots learn this trick the first time they pay $15,000 or $20,000 for a new polycarbonate windshield on their airplane! Every time you touch the clear plastic portion, you are going to put micro scratches into the material... If the scratches run up and down, they are much less visible / bothersome when the sun hits them! After both sides of the windscreen are clean, you can use a wax/polish that is made for plastics, applying it with a microfiber cloth. Do not use paper products! If you can find Pledge furniture polish - It works great, never caused damage on my windshields. Be careful of cans that look like the old Pledge... They are not the same formula and I don't trust them, so I have no experience using it.

Oh man - I really messed up. Used regular water - let it charge all winter - now the motor bucks - guess I need new batteries - - You can bet I'll be much more careful from now on.

Golf courses never have covers for their carts. It would be real nice if someone could come up with a universal cover to bring with you and easily throw on / take off at the course for days that’s in the 40’s and a little windy.

what happens if i do ground out 2 of my batteries with the wrench

we left Florida till Nov. and left our cart charged up. Should we buy a maintainer, and have it installed by our neighbour or are we ok. Everyone said charged batteries are good for 6 months without it. If so, what kind do you recommend?
