Even when your season is over and there are no more games and practices, coaches are dedicating themselves to being a presence. Coaches are in the weight room everyday, going to clinics all over the place to better educate themselves and their product. Coaches are also helping players on the recruiting trail and on the personal level , while also trying to balance their families, jobs and lives as well. Coaching is NOT about the money, but instead about the love and passion you have for the sport you coach. Coaches are true unsung heroes and deserve to be heard and tell the story of their hustle, grind, and passion.
