Great advice! I've been trying to convince my teen son to stop shampooing his hair every single day now that he's growing out his curls (think broccoli). So far, he's willing to skip the days he doesn't have sports; it's a start. Also: be patient with yourself because even if you start right away on all those changes, it takes time. And better you do this now before you go grey because that also tends to dry out more easily.
