Seasons 4 No AC Dehumidification
Seasons 4 AC would not come on, store was humid, all of frozen food dripping with condensation. Found inverter stuck at 18hz, so main blower was not turning fast enough to activate air switch relay, which was keeping the AC off. Put the inverter into hand and brought it up to 50hz, AC fired off.

Season 4 Ventor Motor

Seasons 4 Power flame Ventor motor replacement. Heat was not working, store was cold and damp. We run heat all year long as the seasons 4 does not have any type of dehumidification system. Basically you run the AC off of the humidity in the store, when the store gets to cold the heat will come on to warm it up, while the AC is still running.

Seasons 4 Condenser fan motors not coming on and all 4 scroll compressors tripped on high pressure. Found only 9-10 volts going to the Hoffmann control for the condenser fan motors. Voltage going to Hoffmann control was to low, needs to be 24 volts. Had 24 volts going to the top of the fuse and only 9-10 volts coming out. Installed a 5 amp Lil Popper to take the place of the fuse for now. Had t...

Received a service call for a Continental 3 door freezer in alarm. Found a bad 208-230 volt condenser fan motor. I replaced it with a rescue motor that is good from 115 volt - 230 volts. Worked perfect. Had to pack the compressor with ice to cool it down. It was as hot as a firecracker.

The gallon size of the blue condenser coil cleaner is easily the best bang for your buck if you rinse very well with a hose no damage or smell is caused to the costumer and it cleans extremely effectively, I do recommend a mask. It is no joke.
Dirty!
Yes wasn't easy to get it clean, had to take off the back end of the unit to get to the entire coil.
What is your job title? And do you guys have any control engineers at your workplace?
I'm a refrigeration Tech/Mechanic, we don't have any control people, everything is under contract. Thank you
Hi, I also have an Ardco door. I overadjusted the door closer ratchet mechanism (the thing which goes on top of the rod) and I am unsure if I broke something. I recently took off the door and when I flipped the door upside down the rod was able to slide out from the channel. Do I need to buy a replacement part or if I pry the metal channel would I be able to reassemble the rod back into place? Thank you so much!
Hello, most likely you broke the torsion rod. You can buy a replacement kit with all of the pieces you need to rebuild the door. When you receive the new torsion rod you will have to cut it to the length that you want. If you gently take the aluminum off, you will be able to get to all of the parts inside the channel. When putting the aluminum back, I use either a pair of channel locks with tape wrapped around the jaws as not to scratch the door or a pair of channel locks for doing toilets and plumbing (no teethe) some guys can just snap it back into place, I need to use the channel locks. If you have the numbers off of the door, I believe the company is Dover Food Retail. Hope this helps. Thankyou
its agood circuit
that hurt watching you go over paint like that
Your right, I should have cleaned it up first, that would have been the right thing to do. Thanks for watching.
What technique!
I should have cleaned it up and made a better ground, the rod wouldn't have stuck as much. I had refrigeration issues I had to get to. Thanks for watching
I find that it works better to lower the level. If it hits 99, there’s too much signal. Topping out under 99 then allows you to see a nuanced difference between proximate breakers, which dials the accuracy in.
Thank you for the tech tip. I will try it on a lower level.
Great video, to the point!
Bought one of these units as well. Great for underground circuits in concrete floors, and outside in the dirt. 👍👍👍👍
350 lol
Yes I know, you can buy these for around 250.00, Unfortunately, the company I work for had to buy it through Grainger, they charged us $350.00. It pays to shop around if you can.
Great video, short, straight to the point, solution at the end, beautiful
Thank you, I try to keep the videos short. Hopefully someone can learn something from them. No reason to do a video that last a half an hour. Thank you
@@todaysrepairs long form are a good time if you can maintain the same quality as your short, james butler well and septic has great videos long and short, hes a great story teller
That looks to be for a York.
It maybe a York, it actually came out of an Octagon Main Unit for a supermarket. United Refrigeration could not match anything up. Octagon went out of business years ago. Thank you
Nice flashlight, what brand?
It is a Klien rechargeable. It also has a laser pointer built into it. Thank you
Nice
Thanks
Opposite end bearing floats should have come out with rotor.
You are 100% correct, most of the time lower bearing comes out with the rotor and I replace both
Bad opposite end shaft, bearing should be there, quick metal is your friend.
