Shamanic Prayer for War-Torn Lands – Healing Pachamama’s Wounds
This shamanic prayer was born from the immense pain and suffering I felt in the land of Gaza and Lebanon-places where the earth itself seems to cry out in grief. We often focus on the devastating numbers-those who have died, the injured, the displaced. While it is vital to hold space for all those who have suffered, for the families who grieve, and for the souls lost, it is equally important to acknowledge the land that carries this pain.
The earth-Pachamama-remembers. She absorbs the sorrow, the fire, the destruction, the cries, the screams, the suffering and pain.
May this prayer help you hold space for the earth, to honor her pain, and to whisper your love and gratitude back to her. Listen when you feel called to pray-for the land, for the people, for peace.
I have found profound healing through shamanic prayers and ikaros, which have held me through the toughest moments of my life.
